Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean, but we were short towels for the number of guests. However, they were immediately provided when we asked. Staff was courteous and took care of any requests we had.

The checkin process was a pain. Their software wasn't working properly, so it couldn't record the credit card payment from their card machine. We ended up having to pay in cash. Several hours later, the multiple swipes we made with the card showed up. They were really good at straightening this out and making sure we were only charged once.

Clean. The front desk person was very nice. The breakfast was pretty good although there wasn’t decaf coffee.

Disliked the fact that they won’t fix their front door it has been broken for months maybe even a year.

Very accommodating, quickly got us a new room when we mentioned a foul odor in the first one.

TV is tiny and too low to see from the beds.

Staff was really helpful after a few issues at check in.

Location--I needed to stay in Herington. The price--perfectly reasonable price, which you don't see often these days. Breakfast--was more than I was expecting. I appreciate Jay fixing my reservation that I made a mistake on when I booked online and couldn't change on my own. Thank you!

Very clean hotel, comfy bed, good size mini fridge/microwave/coffee maker in the room. Hotel has some age on the carpet and bed spreads but everything was very clean.

I liked everything about our stay. The place was CLEAN, WELL KEPT, and comfortable. Everything worked. Better than many chain motels that charge twice as much. Great to see an operator who takes pride in his business rather than making excuses. We WILL be back.
