We came for a function at Ft. Riley. The location was a 5 minute drive down the highway. I felt safe here and there were a lot of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was great with a lot of choices to choose from. Kitchen staff was on duty and also very helpful. This was my first time staying at a Comfort Inns and Suites, but I would definitely choose to stay at this location again!

The only thing that I can say that was bad was that our door to our room was sticking and you had to make sure that the door was closed.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so friendly and said hello to us. They made my grand children feel very welcome. When I needed anything the front desk was eager to help! The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is outdated. There were hanging wires in the breakfast room. I had a King Suite and it was the smallest room I have stayed in for a Suite. Renovations need to be done at the property.

The desk clerk was very friendly, efficicent and accommodating when we checked in and when we had a minor problem in our room and called for assistance a staff person was at our door and fixed it within minutes in a positive customer friendly manner. He also provided us with excellent directions on a venue we were attending that evening so we could avoid highway construction. Breakfast was great.

The breakfast was the best. I needed help opening my suitcase (I used a zip tie to close it ) . An employee helped me cut the zip tie. That was much needed. When I first got there the lady who was at the desk ,very friendly and it only took a minute to get checked in . The room was very clean . The temperature was great glad the air was on.

I had to take a bath in stead of a shower , the shower head didn't work. The room was very clean , so I didn't say anything .

Kyle was so nice so sweet and so helpful, he even just talked to me like I was an old friend. Made me feel comfortable and safe being there.

The pool and breakfast for my kids.plus the room was clean and smelt good. I enjoyed being close to the store and food as well.

The front desk staff was warm and friendly. When I called because I arrived earlier than expected they were open to allowing me to check in a bit earlier than expected. The pool was well-maintained and warm. The place was clean and well taken care of.

The side of the bed I slept on felt like I was falling off due to the way the bed pad was placed. I am sure if I had asked they would have fixed it, but I didn't request that.

I liked the included breakfast bar. I had lovely interactions with all of the staff

The shower was hard to figure out. The toilet paper was thin and scratchy.

Overall, it was a solid hotel experience. The room was clean, so was the bathroom, there was hot water and everything else that we expected from a hotel of this ranking. The fridge was small without a freezer, which was important to us, but probably won't be as important to others. There is a grocery store just a few minutes' walk away, but it closes at 8pm. There is a also a Walmart a little farther where one can get food. Breakfast was good enough and included hot options such as omelets, potatoes, sausages, and make-your-own waffles.

The check-in was one of the longest I have ever experienced. Although this was probably mostly due to the client who had lots of problems with her check-in and then a very large family with many kids who were staying in different rooms. My own check-in took about two minutes, as they normally do. But the line behind me was pretty long. The breakfast room is quite small for such a large hotel. We were lucky to come in just before many guests came in, so we were able to get a table just for ourselves. There are several large tables, so you are expected to eat breakfast with others school cafeteria style if you are not lucky enough to get a small table just for your own party. Or take it up to your room, I guess.

The front desk clerk she was very nice/ pleasant attitude. The room was very nice and what we needed because of our pets close to exit door. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the variety was excellent.., enjoyed the cranberry juice. This was a great hotel to stay at plus there were plenty of places to eat from and Walmart was Ina few feet walking distance.

The only thing I wish they would've had some type of bar to hold on to while getting in and out the shower/tub.

Always stay here when I come to junction city. Staff is wonderful. I wish I could remember the lady that checked me in. She is absolutely amazing.
