Value with high quality: this Holiday Inn is fabulous. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is bit hard, but this is likely just my preference. As a prediabetic I really appreciate the healthy breakfast choices! Their breakfast has no sugar cereal and a choice of high protein, zero sugar, low carb yogurts in addition to usual scrambled eggs.

TV did not work. We were moved to another room when it was not able to be fixed. Not a problem.

The hotel has a very comfortable and beautiful atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and had excellent customer service skills. Our room was clean and had fantastic air quality. I enjoyed our spacious room and the location to my Alma Mater. The breakfast buffet was fantastic as well.

First of all....Kristi, at the front desk, was was very friendly and helpful to everyone I saw her interact with , including myself. In fact, everyone I encountered was friendly. Also, the breakfast was quite good. It was nice to have that right on-site. Our pug, Larry, was traveling with us and was happy to be along. No complaints. On a side note....I worked here at "The University Club" (cocktail waitress/bartender) while I was in college in 1985-87 and the place has really changed. It looks great! Now, there's a Houlihan's attached. The Hotel sits on one of the main streets thru town and is centrally located, right across from campus. Have Fun!

The location is excellent! We enjoyed being able to walk to Aggieville shopping and restaurants and the campus. That was great!

The hotel is obviously trying to stay up to date as you can see repair ongoing, but it needs improvements. The towel rack and light fixtures in our bathroom were rusted and need to be replaced. Minor, but needs to be fixed.

The 1st night the maid came in at 6:30am with no warning and tried to clean. She seen us and left and tried to be as quiet as she could leaving. The 2nd morning she tried to come in at 830 and 930. I locked the door that night (chain and top lock) because of the 1st morning. She tapped the door with her card until I said we were sleeping. Then at 11 am again. I told her we was almost done. Check out is at 12:00 pm. There should be no reason anyone should try to come in unannounced!!

Nice location. Can’t really form an opinion after only one night. Not enough data. Especially since I was only there for a total of 8 hours

Very clean and welcoming. Staff was friendly and kind. Very nice pool. Pretty quiet unless you have kids upstairs. Any amenities I needed were available and the breakfast served next door was great. I felt right at home and didn't want to leave. WiFi was fast enough for me to work while I was there as well and within walking distance of bars and restaurants.

I didn't like leaving.

The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name, but I primarily interacted with a young red-haired gentleman, and he was friendly, positive, and helpful for each interaction. The location was convenient.

The shower curtain had a very strong mildew odor. I bought some perfume at Target to spray the shower curtain so it did not smell so bad. I stayed for three nights and not once did housekeeping make/change my bed or bring me clean towels.

There was makeup on one of the pillows. They could have explained the wifi situation better at the beginning of the stay. We followed the online directions to enter the room number and last name, but that's not how it was done at this location. They had a specific code to enter.
