We had a p r oblem first night with air not working and it was very hot. Couldn't t reach desk.think there was a problem with their phone. Soon as we got hold of them a cleaning lady in hall helped us reach then They quickly put us in another r oom and cool air. Then all was good. We went to Kansas to visit grandson in Army at Ft Riley.

I love how the room was equipped with a lot of amenities in the room like a full fridge, sink, microwave and even a stove! That is so convenient especially the stove!

Not having any pots or pans to be able to use the stove or any cooking materials in general. Also, another thing was that the front desk had certain hours and anything outside of said hours would be hard to reach someone if help was needed

Didn't eat breakfast, but they had great towels. Newer and bigger than I expected. The office was closed when we arrived, and the phone was very noisy, but otherwise check in was a breeze.

The pet fee was outrageous, and never saw it on the website while booking the room.

was a great place to stay for the night after 500 miles, all I was looking for was a clean cold ac, bed and shower. exactly what I got. There was a fridge, stove, microwave, tv and everything was clean. nothing special about the location but it was easy to get in and out back I70

Great stay as always. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Place is clean and well kept. Staff is quick to respond to any issues you have.

The convenience, the price, the great pet policy. Our 4-legged friend was pleased, too. The bed was comfortable, and the towels were fluffy. Later check in was easy, too!

The light in the kitchen didn't work. The kitchenette could use some supplied paper towels and a coffee maker with pods/k-cups, however, that could be it's own issue, but I would have loved some coffee when we got up.
