Super 8 is definitely most cost conscious choice in Manhattan. Breakfast included biscuits and gravy two of four days I stayed which was nice to have a bit of protein.

Additional fruit choices such as oranges and bananas would be nice The juice machine was having issues and giving undiluted concentrate vs juice. There was a long term resident that was a bit disruptive during my stay--just gave me the creeps

This place is always like coming home to a home away from home always clean always friendly always happy to see us back ... And here too help with all they can that may arise along the way... Hands down there are all the other places to go but not for me this is the only choice it's always great coming home to super 8

I added a certain number of days through booking. Com then changed it to add one on the beginning and shorten a day at the end. But while I was there my travel companion had to leave for a funeral and leave me to my holiday with my family. So I needed to add a day back on extending but since it only showed the modification in my booking. Com date change but not my original reservation and there is no direct support help it was difficult to continue to use this site to get my extra day booked. Good thing I had help from the hotel and it worked out but it could have been a bit more user friendly in the support field.

The receptionist Brandi (I think that's the name) was super helpful in seeing that my special needs were met! She was very caring, friendly and professioal all rollled into one!! Thank heavens for the recliner! The price was right--great accomodations for the price.

Raised toilet seats! More than 1 main option for the breakfast

Clean and comfortable room. It was very quiet. I did not hear the noises from other rooms or anything outside, such as traffic or sirens, etc.

No elevator. Older people with knee or hip problems who have to carry luggage up and down stairs is not comfortable. there were issues with the lock on my room. My key kept not working. Door locks seem old.

Check in was very easy, people was very friendly. And the bed was comfortable. And the people had the ac on so the room was cool when we got there. Very much appreciated

No elevator was surprising. And just needed updated. But it was very clean and the bed was comfortable and ac worked great.

I was pretty disappointed when I came down to breakfast at 8:30 to find that there was hardly any food left. I thankfully got there in time to get my son and my husband a yogurt. All of the biscuits and gravy were completely gone. Thankfully the waffle maker saved the day.

I feel that there needs to be more prepared food for the breakfast so every one of the guests can get there full meal that they purchased when purchasing the room.

The TV did not work properly and noisy party in next room until after midnight. I had trouble getting my suitcase down and up the stairs. No ground level rooms.

The staff was very friendly and check-in was so easy. Loved the bag with water and peanuts, that was a nice touch. I also loved that Starbucks was right next door.

The fact that there wasn't an elevator. The toilet is way too low (old) and hard to use for those of us with old, bad knees (see also, having to climb stairs up to 3rd floor, too).

I like a couple of staff the place was nice

The staff didn't speak to us really only 1 girl did they didn't ask us how we was and the ppl upstairs from us was so loud made it hard to sleep

I love that it's just chill and feels like a second home by now I have been a return customer so much. Yes it's that worth it.
