I liked it being pet friendly, the bar that served beer and liquor, the treadmill functions that worked, the indoor pool and the large carpeted area around the pool and hot tub. The food at the restaurant and staff were excellent.

My own fault perhaps, but I thought breakfast was included. It wasn't; it was an additional charge. Overall, not a deal breaker though.

I love the rooms. They’re always nice and clean and updated. The common area has a pool, hot tub, 2 pool tables and always very welcoming! There are bathrooms located near the pool which is always a plus. They also allow up to 2 pets which is great for pet owners.

The elevator near our room was a little sketchy. It’s a rough and squeaky ride up to the 3rd floor. The pool side rooms always seem to be very humid and hard to cool down. Parking lot could use a good paving.

I want to stay with my daughter for Christmas and her apartment doesn’t take dogs. So I stayed at your hotel with my dog. It was a nice and comfortable stay they even had stuff out on Christmas Day because the restaurant was not open. Enjoyed the hut early Sunday morning

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly especially the breakfast ladies they were amazing

they are very accommodating even when Booking.com doesn’t send your reservation through. the lady at the front desk was amazing and so helpful!

I did not like being woke up at 8 am by screaming children in the pool. Not the hotel's problem because I'm pretty sure that's when it opens but I definitely learned my lesson about getting an indoor room. They were out there for hours.

Great location! It's on the quiet side of town but close enough to all the restaurants and stores. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff.

I am a late sleeper and missed breakfast which was available until 9am. However there are lots of other breakfast options close by....especially down town Manhattan.
