Very comfortable room. We liked the heat being on when we arrived as it was chilly outside. The breakfast was okay. The scrambled eggs were rubbery and the biscuits cold; other than that, the breakfast area was clean and well stocked. We truly liked the closeness to Aggieville and the campus.

The morning we were to leave, beneath the heating unit the carpet was soaked. It was dry the night before when we pulled the drapes in the same area. The staff was informed on our checkout.

The breakfast was hot and ready when we arrived to eat. There was a good variety and alot of choices whether it was food or drinks. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean. It was spacious and we enjoyed that we had a view but it also wasn't noisy being by a busy street and night life. Stayed here before and we will again.

Room was very large, bathroom very small. TV too tiny for the room. The food in the attached restaurant wasn't good, the bar and breakfast were good. Homeless were in the building one evening. Hotel was VERY clean. Would stay there again if needed, just wouldn't eat dinner there.

The room was a great size ( queen double). The beds were comfy. Everything was clean and looked updated. The free breakfast was very good. The staff was very happy and helpful. Very little noise and we stayed on new years eve.

The pillows are not the greatest. The towels are super scratchy and the outlets by the beds are very loose.

The breakfast was very good. The first room we had the TV was not working, so they moved us to another room and gave us a $10 per person coupon for the inconvenience. I thought that was pretty good.

Modern, clean, large room. Great location for campus tour. Comfortable bed and quiet - got excellent sleep!

The breakfast wasn't that great, just very basic. Construction in road right out front was really troublesome to deal with getting in and out of the hotel.

Breakfast was great. Room was spacious and clean. Family of 5 and still have a lot of room.

Pool was close for maintenance. There’s not laundry room for guest to wash clothes.

A great place to stay in Manhattan. Loved the location and ease of getting in and out. The breakfast was ok. It could have been better, but it was fine considering it was free and easy to access every morning.

Staff and Decor in public areas.

For the price, I was expecting a bit more. However, haven't required a hotel since 2015. So maybe this is the norm in Kansas vs staying in Florida.

The cleanliness and comfort of this hotel is amazing! The front desk was friendly and very fast at getting my family and I our rooms which was a plus after being at the ball fields all morning.

The only thing I would've changed was the fact that we were only booked one night. Next time it will definitely be more nights
