The most comfortable beds! Love! We enjoyed working out in the spacious fitness area. The breakfast was varied and better than most places. There were fresh fruit and hot breakfast items such as an egg/Swiss on an English muffin and scrambled eggs. They had a variety of salsas. There was sweetened yogurt and Greek plain yogurt with several toppings available, cereals too. The coffee was excellent and available 24/7, along with hot water, tea, and ice water. Spacious rooms, nice lounge area, pool, jacuzzi and wide hallways.

There was only one elevator and it was slow. We could hear our upstairs neighbors talking while in the bathroom, but noise settled by 10:00. Unfortunately the internet was down when we were there, so we didn't use our computers and could not log in to Netflix which was a bummer because the TV was nice and large. However, they did have Showtime, Max and HBO.

The young lady who checked us in was fabulous! I didn't jot down her name but I sure wish I had. She was incredibly helpful and so easy to work with! Any time I spoke with her she was polite, engaged, and willing to help.

Unfortunately there were no towels available in the pool area. However, when I spoke with the young lady at the front desk she was very willing to get us some.

The breakfast was good, but the lady making it was phenomenal! We didn't catch her name, but we had great conversation and interaction with her! She even came over to say goodbye to us and our baby on our way out the door! Killer customer service!

The pool wasn't the cleanest, and the snack bar was ridiculously expensive.

The room smelled so nice and clean! Pleasant lobby, with coffee available at 4:30 am when we left. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was great. We’ve stayed at a number of different hotels in town while visiting our children. This will be our first choice going forward.

There was nothing unpleasant about our stay.

It was in a great location away from the lord noises of downtown but still walkable (5 min) distance. Everything was up kept and the breakfast was good everyday. The printer and laundry room was easy to use and didn’t cause any extra hassle.

The room size felt a little small with two beds, dresser, with table and a bed side table.

Safe place to stay, great staff, excellent workout facilities, nice pool, great breakfast.

Had an issue with the heating unit. Room got very warm due to faulty thermostat. Had to turn off the unit several times to keep the room comfortable.

Great location! It was clean and comfortable. The staff at the desk to check in was very helpful helping me locate my rewards number and when we checked our room the air conditioner wasn’t working properly so they changed our room without any problem at all. Breakfast had many choices.

The air conditioner worked but was noisy when it kicked on and off. I find that is the norm with those wall units.

Very good breakfast. Complementary coffee and water at all times was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Location is very close to quaint downtown shopping and nice places to eat and have a drink. The room was clean and had a nice bathroom and a comfortable bed.

Breakfast was always good. The facility was clean and safe. The pool and fitness facility were small but adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect and the room was clean.

The full length mirror in our room was not completely secured to the wall. Our 2 year old discovered she could pull it away from the wall so it was quite an eventful stay keeping her away from it.
