Great location. Nice property. Wonderful air conditioning. Spacious clean.

We tried to do our laundry only to find out the soap and machine was broken. Took our money. The washing machine worked. The dryer did not 8:30 at night. We have wet clothes. I notify the staff. Willl was very helpful. Still waiting to hear back from the manager. The inconvenience of wet clothes was rather annoying. I have left two messages. Had the staff make out of order sign and dated it so that maintenance can fix it and another traveler won't have to deal with it. Ugh The refrigerator was turned up and the sodas exploded so I cleaned that up. I did let the front desk know but I'm not sure if they passed the message.

The rooms & facility was clean & neat. The staff was exceptional, very helpful & answered all questions promptly. The breakfast selection included pancakes, eggs, sausage, hash browns, toast, muffins, yogurt, cold cereal and oatmeal packets. Drink selection included 3 different juices, coffee, cocoa, and cappuccino. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of light and water pressure. Generally quiet unless a nearby door slammed. My only complaint is the mattresses are Memory foam, which I find uncomfortable. Otherwise, a lovely stay for a reasonable price. Added plus: a tasty Thai restaurant across the parking lot.

It was a spacious room with easy access to the parking lot via an elevator and a side door with key card access. Comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel is small enough to be easy to navigate. There was a decent hot breakfast bar. It is in a fairly quiet location across the street from a park.

The parking lots and sidewalks were not cleared of several inches of snow--even in areas marked for handicap access. There were no extra blankets in the room, and the bedding was thin. The towels were thin and scratchy, and they looked worn and a bit grey. The Keurig-type coffee maker in the room didn't work.

The breakfast was good, with options ranging from pre-cooked eggs (not the powdered scrambled kind), sausage, and hashbrowns, to personal waffle makers with options for cereal, oatmeal, along with coffee, juice, and hot chocolate; only complaint was that the breakfast was absolutely packed into the containers, which made things warm funny. Aside from the breakfast, mattresses were super comfortable and had memory foam mattresses on them, but the pillows could use an upgrade.

Overall, the property was great, especially for the price, but there were noticeable things that were overlooked during the renovation process; things like stains on the tiling, and corners of the TV and nightstands that had definitely seen better days. The pillows and towels could both use an upgrade as they seem like they have had their full use. Lastly, the hotel heat definitely worked well, which was apparent as the room would never cool down. It was 42* outside during my stay, and I had to turn my AC on in my room to get any sense of comfort, as the hallways had to have been set at a heat of 80.

Due to a winter storm, roads were closed, and we were directed to Manhattan, KS for the night. The hotel was almost empty due to the weather, but we couldn't have asked for a better location! We had a 2 queen room and it was perfect! Beds were very comfortable, room and bathroom very clean, and breakfast in the morning was very good (eggs, sausage links, hashbrowns, cereal, waffles, yogurt, coffee, juices, flavored coffee machine, breads, and pastries). With the weather so bad, we had to stay an additional night, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and kind. They let us take items from breakfast back to our rooms and left the drinks for us to use all day. We have never been to Manhattan, KS when driving through Kansas, but we will definitely be back, and this is our place to stay each time we return. It was a great hotel and the staff was fantastic!!

We like the convenient but super quiet location. It's near the road to the airport , but it is located across from a lovely big park! The rooms are large and clean. It's very quiet and breakfast was exceptional! The coffee was the best I've had at any hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful. Two excellent restaurants located just across the parking lot. Gteat location and value!

Only complaint was the bed was a bit saggy. It's an older hotel but still not a big issue. Still slept fine.

When I contacted the hotel to verify some info, the lady I talked to was very helpful and accommodating. We stayed at the hotel twice at two different times. We requested the same room we stayed in after our first stay and they were able to do that for us. We liked the room. It looked like it was newly renovated. I love the bed. It has the right firmness to my preference 😴. The breakfast was good. They serve hot meals (Scrambled eggs, Sausage, Hash brown, assortment of bread, banana muffins, cereals, juice, coffee). The hotel was conveniently located to where we needed to be in the area.

There was just one instance that disappointed me. The iron in the room has a broken tip. When I used it, it got caught in the shirt I was ironing. I called the desk to ask if they have another iron to replace the one I was using. I was given a 'no' answer. So I suggested if maybe there's a vacant room that he can trade off the iron, and the answer is still 'no.' So, I didn't get any help or resolution with the issue. Maybe I have a different expectation when it comes to customer service.

Stayed in a king suite rather than my normal single room. The elevator button was broken to my floor, so I had to use the stairs which I didn’t necessarily mind besides when I was having to unload and load all my stuff. Kitchen sink Faucett was broken and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Very comfortable and clean though. I stay here every time I come to Manhattan and will continue to do so.

Convenient to travel and our destination.

1)The phone had a message we could not delete. The flashing light was irritating. 2) The alarm clock kept flashing and not on the correct time. 3) the breakfast was rather stale. Good coffee though. Sunday the waffle mix was so dense it wouldn’t come out. When asked the man working took the waffle mix away, even though it was not 9:30. He wouldn’t get more cranberry juice either.

The woman at the front desk on Thursday morning was extremely rude! We went to the breakfast room at 10 minutes until 9AM and there were no eggs, sausage, etc. When we asked about getting some she said, with a lot of attitude, that the breakfast would be over in 10 minutes and she didn't want to provide anything more than what was there. When we insisted she left in a huff and came back in about 10 minutes, slammed the container into the holder, turned and said "There!" and stormed off. One of the rudest displays I've ever seen from hotel staff!
