The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was very nice--a big selection hot or cold items.

It was a bit above what I like to pay for a room, but there were other family members staying there, so it was a good meeting place.

The sign that says you have gluten free options is misleading. It would have been nice for them to have gluten free bread as an option. It is kept frozen and lasts for long periods of time so it shouldn’t be cost prohibitive.

Convenient location

Price increased while amenities decreased. Carpet was dirty in lobby, elevator and hall. “Complimentary Breakfast” was a fraction of what it used to be. Two cooked offerings in small containers for a full hotel. Want milk to drink or for cereal?? Individual cartons of milk have been replaced with an open gallon of milk for communal use. Hotel used to have a coffee machine and a couple of active carafes, however this visit the machine was the only thing “available” and out it two options on it one was out of order. I have stayed at this property for several years when traveling to visit family in the area and I have never before had this experience. Before the hotel always seemed to have the same people working (all very nice and efficient). Doesn’t appear to be the same anymore.

Staff was pleasant. Area seemed safe. Quiet stay. Hot breakfast (not that great, it better than no hot breakfast). Rooms were clean and decently maintained.

Overpriced. Property was a bit beat up and in need of general upkeep. Breakfast was hot but poorly prepared. Had the price been lower, I wouldn’t even consider these things to be a big deal. But at the rates they charged, this place was not in good enough condition to be charging that much. Have stayed in much nicer places that cost much less.

Location was good, breakfast selections were fair. Had no microwave available.
