Breakfast was a little lacking in choices. Would like to see cereal options and more bagels.

The room needs a full length mirror somewhere. Women like to see how their outfit looks before leaving for the day or special event. Also, there was no tv guide showing what channels were or what was available. Could use a current movie channel. The only movie channel was old movies. Also, since there is space, it would be nice to have some sort of dresser with drawers to unpack your clothes. The little drawers provided were too small To put much in.

The hotel had been nicely updated in the past, but was beginning to show some minor wear and tear. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the bed was a good bit more firm than we prefer. The property was close to the town center, which was a highlight of our stay.

Breakfast was as good as any quick-serve complimentary breakfast we've had most anywhere, and it was serviced by a very helpful and friendly manager. However, they choose to use a single-serve Keurig coffee machine as the only source of coffee. At one point I was in a line with 7 other guests waiting for my turn while my breakfast was getting cold on the table. While the coffee was good, I would highly recommend supplementing that machine with a brewed pot option, at least during breakfast hours.

Very clean!! Liked that there was a bar there to have a night cap. The front desk personnel were awesome! Especially Mary! She was very helpful and personable. The breakfast was very good also. Always some hot items: scrambled eggs, sausage links or patties fluffy biscuits and gravy, muffins and toasts,fruit,juices etc. Allen was also very attentive! He kept the breakfast stocked and wiped down the tables every time. Liked the location close to downtown and all the distilleries!

A few minor negatives, bath tub was hard to get in and slippery bottom. Had to hold on getting in and out of but unfortunately there wasn’t any handles to assist me. I know there were handicapped baths but every bath should have a handle to hold on. Also, they need to have regular coffee pots to pour out of instead of the keurig maker which only brews one cup so high you can’t hardly handle it without spilling! Definitely need that replaced plus bigger cups!! Also, no elevator

We liked how clean the rooms were and the main areas in the hotel. Having the on site bar was a nice touch too! The hotel catered to a more mature clientele and other guests were quiet and polite. We felt like it was a good bang for our buck and was nicer than some chain hotels we have been to in the past.

The bed and sheets were clean but the bed did make a loud creaking noise on one side and pillows were all a little too fluffy for our tastes. The coffee machine looked nice but took a while to pour each cup, a line would form in the morning.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. When we asked how long the restaurant and bar was open, he said, "Usually till 10, but until you leave, just has to be by 7am because I have to cook breakfast." NOW, that's what I call service!! The rooms were large, clean, and updated. I did like the fact that they provided Dove shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion. It's hard to find a quality, affordable, clean hotel that offers that. Breakfast was the normal hotel grab and go breakfast. We will definitely return.

Great size room and bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Mini fridge and microwave in the room. The bar is great. The staff was amazing. So nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The bar was closed on Sunday. We looked forward to going down to the bar that evening to enjoy a couple of cocktails. We didn't have a tv remote in our room. The front desk quickly got us one. In the morning, we couldn't change channels. That remote was quickly replaced, and we had no further issues. The staff was quick to fix it and very friendly.

Clean!!! That is a rarity nowadays. Comfy beds, and the step to get in a king bed was cute! Loved the coffee in the lobby!!

I'm spoiled with My Pillow, and I forgot to travel with it, so the pillows were not my favorite. But I'm sure other people like them! I was disappointed the the notice that there is no pool or hot tub doesn't show up until your get your reservation confirmation. They replaced them with a pickle ball court. Who goes on vacation to play pickle ball in the evenings?

The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Good location. Breakfast was delicious and the bar was nice. Very clean!

The pool/hot tub were closed for repair but that couldn’t be helped. Sink drained very slowly but they fixed. There was nothing to not like about the property. The room didn’t have an iron/ironing board so you may want to bring your steamer or travel iron.

The room appeared to be updated. The included breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable.

I was hoping the hotel would be closer to the downtown area. The bathroom could use towel bars and/or some hooks to hang clothes/towels while showering. While the floor in the room didn't appear visibly dirty, our socks and slippers were quite black after walking on them for three nights. This is an aspect that needs some attention.

Didn't do breakfast because we weren't ready in time, went in town before the festival. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were very clean and a great size which gave us plenty of room to spread out. I liked the 'wood' floors vs having carpet. The staff was friendly and helpful with luggage as there is no elevator on the property. I liked that staff could quickly supply additional towels/paper products as needed. There is also a small bar to accommodate guests 'late night' after the town closes down.

No closet/storage/drawers, only a small rack in the corner which did allow to hang some clothes. Not a big deal as not having dressers made the room feel bigger.
