Friendly staff, everyone just so friendly! Was very clean, updated. If there's anything you need they're happy to help rather it be extra towels or if you have questions.. very much enjoyed our stay here!! Will definitely be back, and will recommend! They have plenty of breakfast options if you choose to have the buffet breakfast. If you want something lighter they have yogurt, some fruit... Or make yourself a waffle. So I did like there being some options. The fitness room is very nice for a hotel! Enjoyed the treadmill during workout. It's a nice quality one, runs smoothly! Just everything! As someone who uses to do reviews as a job, I give it 5 stars! Can't wait to visit Bardstown again to stay at this hotel. Reasonable pricing for a nice, clean, updated hotel that includes breakfast - can't be at it!!

Breakfast was actual food. Not just boxed stuff set out on the counter. Could have had more meat options but it was good. Hotel was nice, bed was comfortable, view was nice. Nice place overall.

We were fiercely overcharge & didn't get the money back till after checkout so that left us tight on funds for the stay. We also heard it happening to other customers. Apparently they charge your card UP FRONT for room damages or whatever & don't inform you until you catch it on your bank statement. Also, the pool was cold. I purposefully looked for a place with a pool and then was disappointed in the cold room.

Staff was great, very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and nice, pool area was small but well kept and great for the kids. We had a small problem with our room card not working, but the staff was more than willing to help fix the issue. Also, couldn't get one of the tv's in our room to connect to a network, but it wasn't a big deal to us since the room actually had 2 tvs (King sweet). Breakfast was great!

We had to move the rooms the first night there because the shower head was broke. The first room was huge, and then we were moved to a much smaller room. Then, my card was charged for another reservation. Thankfully, I had cash on me to get me through my stay because the money didn't go back on my card until the day I left, which was 3 days later. They did give me a discount, which I was very appropriate of. The outside patio is small. The whole time we were there, we couldn't enjoy the patio because of it being full. I was able to have my dog at this facility, so that was a big plus. The pillows were feather pillows, which poked me.

The facility was easy to get to and conveniently located. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. All of the staff we encountered were friendly. Breakfast was good and had a good selection of items.

There was a problem with the TVs during the stay, but it wasn't the hotel's fault, since it was apparently due to a nationwide Apple issue. Still, it was a little odd not to be able to have the option to watch TV during the stay.

Did not participate in the breakfast. We have dietary restrictions. We are not fond of the eggs in a bag form of so-called food. Bathroom mirror situation was great.

Internet was very slow. Bathtub drain did not work properly. Bathroom did not seem to have a fan. Light switches were difficult to find, and lighting did not cover room very well.

This La Quinta is newer so its in excellent condition with clean facilities & friendly staff. Easy access points all around the facility & easy to find. Spacious dining area to enjoy a basic breakfast or watch a game in the afternoon/evening on the TV. Bathrooms in the rooms actually have a door that shuts & not those dumb "barn door" designs with no privacy. *Weird Side Note: Even the "Exit" signs throughout the facility are well lit with a beautiful LED Green & easy to see.

The rooms needs a better temperature control unit to know exactly what your room temp setting is. Room lighting could be set up a bit better along with a bathroom vent. Bring your own bathroom spray.

Price was reasonable. Loved the room set up. 2 televisions was a plus. The king size bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The rooms and hallways were very clean. The bathroom was stocked with name brand items like Dove soap and shampoo. The breakfast offered had many great choices. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

The motel as clean and the room Size was great. W found the breakfast to be good and the entire staff with one exception was excellent!

As stated above there was a staff member that was rude to us along with another fellow employee who by the way went above and beyond to try to compensate for her rudeness. Everyone one else was exceptional!!!

King handicap suite spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great day 2+3 after the truck came! Staff was kind and welcoming.

The fact that breakfast was sparse due to a truck being late. Seems like upper management should have shopped locally to source needed items.
