Beds were soft and comfortable. Staff appeared to be new and seemed a little nervous as he was the only one on duty. however he was extremely nice and did his best to check every one in.

Unfortunately an error was made that caused my card to be double charged. I called once I realized it and the manager was apologetic and correct the situation. Mistakes happen! How you respond is what counts.

The breakfast is terrific! The staff was welcoming and were quick to help when needed. There is a very professional team at the front desk, cleaning, and at the breakfast area. The pool and exercise room were a wonderful compliment to a great stay. I look forward to my next stay!

Well, we had a backed-up tub, toilet, and sink and as a result, the bathroom was flooded in the middle of the night. The next day we were locked in our room due to a problem with the deadbolt. On both occasions, service was done, and the problems were resolved.

We had a room right next to the exit and pool and we didn't hear any noise whatsoever. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Check out process was quick and easy.

Everything was great. No complains at all. We ordered food from a restaurant nearby which could have been better, but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

Location was perfect for us. Right off the highway and on our route to Alabama. It was an overnight stop to break up the long car ride. It was pet friendly and we had a first floor room near an outside door for our little dog as requested. Many food options nearby. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean.

It is a nice hotel, the one I always pick when I travel through the area.

The price was very high, almost didn't stay because of cost and will most likely look into VRBO or Airbnb next time. Cost me over 300 for a one night stay for a regular room for one person.

When we walked into the lobby, it smelled clean and fresh. The staff was really nice. It is dog friendly and we had our dog with us. They gave her a little bag of treats.👍which we appreciated! The room was very clean and nice. Breakfast was good! We had a great stay!

Everything! Wonderful customer service. Keefry was very nice and helpful. The beds and bathroom were outstanding. Breakfast was awesome especially if you are doing the low carb lifestyle.

There was nothing that I didn’t like from this property.

The breakfast was just excellent. Many choices and the warm food was nice and warm. Good coffee and juice. Grandchildren loved it. Outdoor patio was wonderful. I actually saw a young man polishing the elevator doors. Wow! I have never seen that ever before.

I really can’t find anything we didn’t like.

I don’t normally write reviews but I really appreciate how accommodating this property was for our stay. We were in town for a soccer tournament and the hotel opened their breakfast an hour early so the girls could get a meal before their big games. We really appreciated that.
