Beds were soft and comfortable. Staff appeared to be new and seemed a little nervous as he was the only one on duty. however he was extremely nice and did his best to check every one in.

Unfortunately an error was made that caused my card to be double charged. I called once I realized it and the manager was apologetic and correct the situation. Mistakes happen! How you respond is what counts.

The breakfast is terrific! The staff was welcoming and were quick to help when needed. There is a very professional team at the front desk, cleaning, and at the breakfast area. The pool and exercise room were a wonderful compliment to a great stay. I look forward to my next stay!

Well, we had a backed-up tub, toilet, and sink and as a result, the bathroom was flooded in the middle of the night. The next day we were locked in our room due to a problem with the deadbolt. On both occasions, service was done, and the problems were resolved.

Location was perfect for us. Right off the highway and on our route to Alabama. It was an overnight stop to break up the long car ride. It was pet friendly and we had a first floor room near an outside door for our little dog as requested. Many food options nearby. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean.

It is a nice hotel, the one I always pick when I travel through the area.

The price was very high, almost didn't stay because of cost and will most likely look into VRBO or Airbnb next time. Cost me over 300 for a one night stay for a regular room for one person.

When we walked into the lobby, it smelled clean and fresh. The staff was really nice. It is dog friendly and we had our dog with us. They gave her a little bag of treats.👍which we appreciated! The room was very clean and nice. Breakfast was good! We had a great stay!

The breakfast was just excellent. Many choices and the warm food was nice and warm. Good coffee and juice. Grandchildren loved it. Outdoor patio was wonderful. I actually saw a young man polishing the elevator doors. Wow! I have never seen that ever before.

I really can’t find anything we didn’t like.

I don’t normally write reviews but I really appreciate how accommodating this property was for our stay. We were in town for a soccer tournament and the hotel opened their breakfast an hour early so the girls could get a meal before their big games. We really appreciated that.

Around midnight I was awaken by loud voices out on the outside patio under my window. I called the desk repeatedly, but he would not pick up. I got dressed and went down to find the night clerk sitting there on the computer. I told him about the people Went back upstairs and peeked out the window, The drunk men waved at me. They didn't leave. My husband went down and the clerk told him he did not know what to do. It took him two more times to get them to leave. We didn't get much sleep that night. Why didn't he answer our calls? Why was he not trained better to handle this?

The hotel is easy to find, right off the highway, with easy access. Parking was free and plenty of it. The hotel is updated and clean. Breakfast was great. Coffee and hot food including eggs, sausages, pancakes and other items such as cereal and pastries. The pool was nice and clean, the fitness room was also clean and taken care of with new equipment. There was a lot of people in the hotel at the time (we could tell during breakfast time) but it didn't feel crowded or loud. The hotel also has a nice outdoor space with seating and tables, we didn't use it because it was cold. Another plus is there's a pizza restaurant that was really good right across the street and other fast food places within a couple minute walk.

We stayed in April 2022, at the end of the pandemic, so there was a couple of nuances such as having to sign up for pool time in advance and getting towels at the front desk. Although each time we went, there was no one else at the pool, which was nice. I wish they had a hot tub in the pool area.

Warm greeting, nice breakfast, spacious and comfy room.

The shower was as if a weak person was using a kitchen sprayer from 61 feet away. Zero water pressure.
