I was in town visiting family; perfect, close to family, all the restaurants and interstate. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel from the parking lot to the lobby. The hotel was very clean, the room was great, I was very comfortable and enjoyed my stay. The staff was very nice, and helpful.

I didn't like breakfast, there wasn't a lot to choose from. I wish we would have had more of a selection.

Don’t like round toilets, like long oval. House staff did a good job, except the room had no coffee carafe and no regular coffee - just decaf. TV very hard to understand what channels are what. Typing 13 on the remote produces a blank screen. And finally, the A/C wall control temp adjustments did not work. One has to use the controls on the physical unit. And then, placing the control in “Low Cool” causes the unit to run continuously without cycling off and on, so one winds up freezing.

The staff are excellent at their jobs. The blonde headed lady at the front desk on evening shift was great. She talked to my kids and got us everything we needed. The lady who cooked breakfast was great as well. My daughter was ready to go to the pool but I wasn’t yet. She helped me by playing defense with my daughter and telling her it wasn’t ready just yet.

This is our second year staying here on our way to TN. Updates have been made to the rooms since last year, and made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance to Ruby Tuesday, Texas Roadhouse, and several other restaurants. Nearby are many shopping centers and national chain stores, along with some local shops that we enjoyed. We highly recommend staying at Comfort Suites and Elizebethtown KY and will be back next year on our way south.

The staff was very kind and helpfull. They were able to assist me with directions and information about places to eat, where they were located, and when they closed. Their little shop had some snacks, an drinks at a reasonable price. The breakfast what about what I have come to expect from a hotel.

I have no REAL complaints, but if is was to be OVERLY picky, I did not like the shower head in the shower, it was pretty crappy. And my other issue is little to no reflection on the establishment, but you could hear people running up and down the halls from inside the room, which is half the construction of the establishment, and half the fact that a bus load of high school students were staying the night. Neither issue had a real impact on my stay.

The front desk clerk was friendly and checked us in quickly. I booked two rooms and she was able to put us on the same floor right across from each other

I was really disappointed the hot tub was not working but I was told ahead of time it might not be. I wish they would have given us a 2 o'clock check out but the latest we could get was noon.

The location was easy to get to and easy to find.

The beds were not comfortable. They were much too firm for me. Also, when we got to the breakfast area- there were several open tables but none of them were clean.

Comfort has stepped up its game regarding the breakfast....

The air conditioning needs exact temperature thermostats instead of the "colder" or "warmer" settings.....
