The staff was helpful and nice

Well let's start with the elevator it scared the living heck out of my mother. Half the time the sounds from it you didn't know if you were about to fall are not.second thing the dang thing is temperamental you didn't know if the door was going to close or not.sat there for 3mins while it closed half way then open back up.several times. Didn't much care getting there to find out on top of paying almost 300 per room for tonights.and we had 2 rooms .but also had to pay an extra $75 deposit per room.but wasn't informed of this till arrival. P.s.make sure you take your key back to front desks.dont leave it in your room are on counter they charge $10 per key not given to them directly.and there's a sign up front with this posted.

great place, we just discovered it in Michigan and loved it! This was our 4th night in a Baymont. bed was great and breakfast was great. Wonderful staff, especially the man that checked us in. He upgraded pour new room so we could try out the new shower, which was wonderful! we will definitely check out other Baymonts when we travel!

Most of the facilities were updated. Our bathroom hadn’t been and the toilet ran loudly about every 10 minutes. Other than that, everything was clean and nice. The breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00 but they had everything set up by 6:00 or 6:30 for the baseball families was awesome!

The in room coffee was not good at all.

Very clean, nearby everything, plenty to eat and do nearby. The night clerk, Gary, had without a doubt the absolute BEST attitude I’ve ever encountered in a desk clerk ESPECIALLY a night shift. Awesome guy.

The shower water pressure wasn’t that good, but can’t really blame that on the hotel, I haven’t found anywhere in the area with what I would consider adequate water pressure.

The night we checked in (I forget the date) a gentleman that checked us in and was gracious, professional and friendly unfortunately I forget his name, but the date might have been (Aug. 13), I spent almost one hour talking with him in the lobby. We loved everything about our stay. The staff was excellent. Gary at the front desk was our favorite. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

The breakfast was good. Maybe a bigger selection of cereal for the kids.

The two men working when we came in were over the top nice. I genuinely felt welcomed. They upgraded our room which thrilled my boys! The room was super clean, beds were comfy, water was hot, and the breakfast was delicious.

Absolutely nothing. It was perfect!!

Mr Gary made the check in process super easy, was corteus and helpful...Ill be back. This locarion is adjacent to Texas Roadhouse which was very nice...I was on the third floor and the SHOWERS WERE HOT/ DRAINS WORKED FINE...i didnt try the breakfast but it was available and many guests were there

Theres room for improvement on parking space. I have no further complaints

The location near the highway made it perfect for an overnight while traveling. The breakfast was fine with several choices. I left a set of car keys in the room when I left. Robert found them when I called later and was very helpful in plans to send them to me. Thank you, Robert.

The breakfast was very good except they cut back on it some the last few days we were there. The room was very nice. The staff were all very friendly.
