Hotel was great. The breakfast was great. The lady who was running it was great.

Lady at check in was just there, no smile, nothing. Was quite loud with the pool and all the kids. I could hear my neighbors phone conversation clearly with the TV on. He was talking in a normal level, too. If you need just to sleep choose a different hotel. If you have kids or are young it's a good choice. One single long strand of hair in the sink...dunno how they missed that. I'm bald so it wasn't mine. The remote literally stuck to my hand for a second it was so sticky. Had to sanitize it for my own sanity.

I am extremely picky about where I stay, especially on cleanliness of the rooms. I can’t even express how wonderful this hotel was. When you enter the lobby it was decorated for fall, very cute. We were checked in by the sweetest, cheerful lady. It smelled pleasant throughout the whole place. The room was so clean, the bedding looked and smelled fresh. There were so many little sitting areas and nooks. The breakfast was amazing. We were so happy with the whole experience!

The soap needs to be a little higher quality. It was very drying and did not have a good smell. This however did not change the way I felt about our stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent (just off the interstate and lots of restaurant and shopping options). The pool area was an amazing place to sit, talk and enjoy time with your traveling partners.

Unfortunately, there was a baseball team staying at the hotel during our stay (possibly ages 10-12???), with very little supervision from parents and/or coaches. The kids were running up and down the hallways (as late as 10:00pm) and even throwing balls in the hallways. We were not able to enjoy the amazing pool area due to the players and parents/coaches basically taking all of the room and being very loud and again, with the players running (literally) everywhere. I know this is no real reflection on the hotel/staff, but it did make for a not so quiet, relaxing stay. The parking space was a little tight due to two tractor trailer trucks taking up multiple spots and a couple of construction trucks pulling trailers taking up multiple spots.

I liked the cleanliness and updated rooms. I loved that they are dog friendly because I brought my German Shepherd and they even supplied bags for disposal of my dogs poop outside which was a plus as well. Very nice pool and breakfast was great. I will definitely be visiting here again in the near future. I felt right at home and all staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The only thing I didn’t like was the tv I had to call the desk to have help getting the channels on but that was the only thing . And a little girl had caught some paper on fire in the microwave so I would like it better too if it was more of an adult only hotel .

Great location. Room was super clean. Bed wasn’t too bad ( my back is bad, I’m a harsh critic when it comes to beds but this one was decent) Pillows were fluffy and there were 4 on each bed which was nice. The mini fridge was nice to have in the room and was good size. Bigger than most. Room smelled clean and looked clean. Bathroom was spotless!

The indoor pool area was not heated. If we had wanted to use it, no way we could have. The air was super cold. It was pretty to look at tho! Gorgeous landscaping and the ping pong table was very cool. The hot water took at least 7-10 minutes to get hot. That sucked but at least the water did get hot eventually. Hair dryer didn’t work.

The property is very cute and comfortable

My window is facing a roof. I open the blinds and blinded by a reflective roof that may be an add on to the property. After a long day night of traveling I requested a late check in so the staff knew we would be in late. Once arrived I waiting in the front lobby for a while. I called and waiting. Another guest walked in and decided to know of the office door. We both looked around for anybody and about 5 minutes after knocking a staff member appeared from the office.

It was nice. Close to interstate, restaurants, and gas stations. Main entrance and pool very cute. I liked the extra pillows in the room.

My room and bathroom needing updates. The bathroom mostly. Mismatching paint, bathroom door not shutting without lifting it up to latch. Some holes and stuff on the walls, no exhaust fan, loose plate over plug, old hairdryer. Carpet had stains on it. My room couldn't connect to the WiFi. Had to walk into the hallway for it to connect.

So much more than I was expecting. Wonderful location. It was so reasonably priced that I wasn’t expecting much. Boy was I surprised. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious, spotless and updated with what seemed to be brand new beds. Breakfast was excellent with the hostess refreshing food and drink even up to closing time. I have already told family and friends that this is an excellent choice and is surrounded by hotels that cost a good deal more for less quality. Front desk personnel recommended restaurants, offered a discount coupon to one, helped reset the tv and were professional yet neighborly. Will definitely stay here again.

Nothing to note.

Location was amazing! right off of the highway and located within walking distance to multiple restaurants. Walmart and other department stores were just a 7 min drive away. I appreciate they gave us a room with hardwood because we were traveling with a service dog. Parking was plenty and close to doors, very accessible. Good value for the price point. Did not feel nasty or yucky. We enjoyed our stay on the way to our final destination.

Breakfast was absolutely horrible (on hotel breakfast scale). The worst hotel breakfast i have ever had in my life. Eggs were pure water, apple juice was basically all water, gravy was cold. Best bet is to grab a bagel or a yogurt or skip it entirely.

Easy access to everything I needed including shopping and food.

It was fresh and comfortable. It had the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel and it even rivaled restaurant breakfast. The staff were amazing, helpful, and so kind. Walking in the door immediately let me know that they took pride in their work from front lobby staff to the housekeeping team to the cooks for breakfast. I recommend this hotel which is surrounded by many more popular hotels but this one is worth a stay.
