Check in was simple and easy. Room was great. Everything was clean. I didn't get in the pool but my husband and son did and they enjoyed it, just a tad bit cold. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. Nice location, around everything. They even gave us a coupon for a restaurant right behind the hotel. All in all it was a nice stay!

The only complaint that I have is the shower was very squeaky. It was remodeled and very nice but had a terrible noise every time you stepped or moved in it. And the elevator needs to be inspected again. It was out of date. This was in no way the hotels fault but there was some kind of baseball tournament going on and they all seemed to stay at this hotel and all the kids were running up and down the hallways and their parents weren't paying them any attention what so ever. So it was noisy the last 2 nights we were there. But again not the hotels fault.

The location was great. Close to all shopping and family. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. We were given a handicap room and didn't have to ask. My mom has to use a walker to get around.

The only issue I had with this property was the room. When we entered, we were hit with the damp, mildew smell. All touchable surfaces felt damp. The following night I requested this to be addressed. I was offered another room without hesitation. The new room was much better except for the toilet. It rocked a LOT when it was sat on and the bathroom smelled of raw sewage. I put an air freshener over the toilet, closed the lid and left the fan on with the door closed. That helped. They really need to address the maintenance issues in rooms 105 and 102.

Staff was friendly, breakfast really surprised me ! There were staff cleaning up the bar every second and hot food options. Biscuits and sausage gravy was great. The pool was nice. I love that they allow visitors untill 11 pm. That is always nice when your visiting the town to see family, we had our nephew come swim for 20 min ( he’s 1 years old) but in that short time he had a blast.

Pillows weren’t comfy for me , but it’s all about preference for others .

Cleanliness, helpfulness

Early closing on breakfast. Was on visit with family and would have liked to have breakfast at about 9am but breakfast closed at 9am. Also when checking in the manager put a $75 hold on my credit card in case of damage to the room. This was okay but he also put a hold on my credit card for the price of the room which was already paid in full before arriving.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room I stayed in my 2d night. It was a suite I booked to host family members who also stayed at the hotel. It worked out wonderfully for us! I also liked the friendly staff (and the snack room). Breakfast was good too. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. Wireless service was decent.

The rooms could have used a little more light, especially the Suite room.

Breakfast was excellent and bed was comfortable. Room and environment was quiet. Nice hot shower and love the provision of Dove body wash and shampoo/cond. Reception was warm and professional. Felt well cared for.

Bathroom door wouldn't open completely or shut cimpletely. Bathroom was small and cramped, especially toilet area. Sink faucet leaked some onto counter.

Great rate and accommodations and very, very friendly staff. They allowed us to do both early check in and late check out which was very much appreciated.

The ice machine was not working on the 2nd floor which was where we were but it was working on the 1st floor so it was not a big deal. Also breakfast service ended at 9 which we didn’t care about the food, but we would have loved to have extended coffee service.

Nice place to rest and sleep and joyed a good breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Had a bit of difficulty locating the correct building. There were several hotels in that area and it was confusing to us. Had to stop in at another hotel to get pointed to the correct building. The gps gave us a eg. 204-208 address but we did find it and enjoyed the stay.

We have stayed in various hotel chains in this trip from Sheraton, Delta, Motel 6 to Marriott. So far this Ramada has been the biggest and most pleasant surprise. It totally exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Based on this experience I would not hesitate to stay here or another Ramada based on this experience.

Convenient way to travel make a reservation at point of our travel should end with a nite at a hotel after 12 hrs on the road!

Wifi was difficult to sign on it may be operator error! To tired to go to front desk to deal wIth. Nice perk fIr diner with 10% discount and right next to hotel . FoI'd and service great!
