Breakfast was great! The moment i arrived i was greeted with warmth and impeccable service. The staff went above & beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Front desk staff Tabitha & Mike are exceptional. Breakfast has a variety of great choices which i enjoyed. My room was clean & spacious. Shower & tub areas clean and stocked with amenities often forgotten. Parking area was well lite and clean. Staff is always cleaning/working (including cleaning the parking lot) The nice couple cleaning my room is very efficient and always checks to see if i need anything. I always enjoy staying at this Quality Inn b/c of the staff.

I thoroughly enjoyed the friendly staff, the breakfast was nice for a continental breakfast. Why I most recommend Quality Inn is due to one of their staff members Miss Danielle Gonzalez. I checked out of the Inn after 2 days. I realized 2 days later I left my watch. I called spoke to manager he said they had the watch and will FedEx. . Well; another day later I realized I forgot to tell them about my bracelet which I also had left. Again I called and spoke to Miss Danielle Gonzalez who happened to be the person who cleaned my room. She said after the 100 questions to make sure it was mine☺️she said "I cleaned the room and found a bracelet.".. I appreciate how professional she handled the matter and her honesty. Thank you, thank youMiss Gonzalez This bracelet is very special to me . Oh yeah!! I will recommend🙂

It appears to be under renovations or has had recent renovations because the lobby had been remodeled and it seemed like a new toilet and tub/shower in the room. It was clean. I couldn't get my TV or phone to work and the manager or attendant was quick to come and fix it so we could watch college football. The location is great for visiting Fort Campbell.

Carpet in the rooms needs replacing!! A nice tile looking floor like the bathroom would be so much nicer. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Eggs but no meat, no gravy. Very limited even tho adequate.

Easy check in and check out. Quiet. Easy access to expressway and only about 15 minutes from Hopkinsville. It was fine- definitely what you would expect from a Quality Inn- it was pretty clean though! Kudos to the maintenance/custodial staff.

Clean room, exceptionally clean bathroom..wonderful breakfast..was met by nicest employees & very helpful when i had questions. Great customer service!Well lighted parking made me feel safe coming in at night after visiting Fort Campbell.

Great location for Fort Campbell…staff is always friendly and helpful..room was clean and fresh.this was my second time staying here and as before it was wonderful..

Breakfast was meager. Only fake eggs, coffee, not ready waffle-maker, and 2 dry cereals. No bacon or sausage, no cream cheese or peanut butter, no fruit or oatmeal. No creamer except French vanilla.

The accommodations were as we anticipated.

When I wanted to pay with cash, the attendant told me I would have to pay a $50.00 deposit. I still can't comprehend the meaning of that.

Breakfast was good. A lot of variety. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were updated and clean

When we booked, I didn't realize there were no elevators to get to the second floor. The only option for main floor was a smoking room, and that wasn't going to be comfortable for anyone in our party. So the front desk called the other hotels in the area and helped us find another hotel with another room at 1am. She was able to find 1 room left in a neighboring hotel. For that I am very thankful.

Nice clean room with a nice pool.

They could use an upgrade on their pillows. We had a Long bed, which was amazing, but the pillows were too small.
