Front desk reception was rough. I was not going quickly enough and had questions. Front desk lady was impatient and rude. She kept asking my son if he could not help me, like I was senile.Others in my party thought she was very rude, and I was the payer for 2 rooms for 2 nights.That gave us a bad initial impression. Future dealings with this person found her temperament much improved. Lighting in the room could have been better. I am used to pot lights in the ceiling.The room seemed dark to me.

Wow, where to start, lol first of all Elizabeth at the front desk was amazing. Even though she didn't have our room or any other room available when we got there earlier than expected I appreciate her trying her best to get us checked in. When we came back about 30 minutes before our check in time, she did have our room available and checked us in within a few minutes. She informed us of the breakfast that was included in our stay and the times it's available. Let me tell you, she wasn't lying when she said it was a very delicious spread. They're the first hotel I've stayed at that has four small Belgian Waffle makers, which is huge for me because I can never eat a full big one like at the other hotels, so that was a huge plus for me, along with the warm strawberry topping and both regular and sugar free syrup. They also had scrambled eggs and sausage patties that day, and the usual toast, bagel, muffins, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, fresh fruit, juice, coffee and tea. Very nice selection and totally delicious. Our room was a handicap room, because I have mobility issues, and sometimes it's difficult to get in and out of a regular tub, and stand for even a quick shower, so I was very pleased to see a bench, detachable shower head along with a walk in shower, it made all the difference in the world for me. The King bed we had was so comfortable and had 6 soft pillows instead of the usual 3, was amazing. I fell asleep right away, and slept for nearly 3 hours after check in and then all night as well, which again is an added bonus for me because I usually don't sleep very well in hotels, because I toss and turn a lot and have many trips to the bathroom at night. I didn't have either of those issues during our stay. The room temperature was cool and I not only recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Oak Grove area, but we're going back at the end of this month when we complete our move from Tennessee to Florida.

There's not a thing I would change. Except maybe more towels.

This was a great place to stay and only a 6 min drive from oak grove gaming and racing where I was showing horses at the equestrian center.

The facility was great friendly staff, clean, was exactly what I expected for the value. I won’t book through booking.com again for this hotel as they up seller me on a room with a private bathroom. When I ask the receptionist about this she informed that all the rooms had private restrooms. So congrats booking.com you made a extra $50 on something I would have had anyway.

Good location, been here before, I faced away from the highway, so I had a room that was quiet. This is key in most any hotel.—— if you can get a room that faces away from the highway. Breakfast was good.. service was nice with a smile. Especially in the morning, the manager/owner is very courteous. I like her. Beds were decent.

They need to do better maintenance. Sinks/tubs don’t drain as well as they could. A hair removal tool would benefit them or repeated monthly use of vinegar down the drains. The bathroom door doesn’t stay closed unless you push it hard enough to make sure it clicks.Otherwise, it opens and slams against safety handle on shower . Little small maintenance items like that would go along way towards giving them five stars but they are a budget hotel, so I get it..

Requested a bathtub since I had 3 kids (ages 7, 6 and 3) with me. The room I was in only had a shower. Our bathroom smelled nasty until we were able to air it out. Also, I understand it doesn’t mean it’s dirty but the bathroom was filled with lady bugs and a few stink bugs. My kids were scared to even walk in the bathroom. Also, the first night I had a stink bugs crawling on my face.

Clean, nice decor in rooms, bed comfortable, personal products stocked in bulk containers. Allowed pets.

Refrigerator didn’t have a freezer. Hoyle wouldn’t let me use their freezer for my frozen food, which sadly thawed overnight. I was traveling back from snowbirding. Hate that they charge per pet. Seems overkill. Should be one charge per night, period. Cart to move luggage was falling apart.

Accommodations were great as well as the breakfast. We were under severe Tornado Warnings for about 6 hours right after our arrival and then hail and lightning alerts for another several hours. The staff was great with making sure we knew where to go if we did indeed get hit by a tornado and the TV in Lobby was working so that we could keep up to minute notice as to what was going on. We truly felt safe and actually enjoyed meeting other people while we were all in the lobby.

Location was great to the highway.

The lady in charge of breakfast was on the phone chatting away while who she was speaking to was on speaker as we were trying to get our food and eat. She was not paying attention at all to the items that had run out were close to running out. I went to the front desk to ask for more bagels and she asked if the woman was back there and I said “yes, but she so. The phone and I don’t want to interrupt”. The lady at the desk went back there and the other lady restocked the items but I thought it was rude overall.

Mama Ruth at the front desk was very nice. The beds were pretty comfortable, and the room size was good.

The shower was dripping and could use an upgrade. The curtain rod pull was broken and looked filthy. We had our dog with us, so 1st floor would have helped instead of being on the third floor. Our dog hates elevators.

This inn was clean, comfortable, close to many things, affordable, accommodating (2 queens AND a pull out couch!), included a pool, a gym and had an exceptional hot breakfast and the staff was friendly. I’ll definitely choose this place again!!! Thank you Sleep Inn & Suites!!!
