The breakfast was middling. Not their best. The seating was good. Food was hot. Should have had at least 2 waffle makers. Should have had gravy to go with the biscuits. We were there for a 3 night stay. WiFi was good. Beds were comfy. Room was spacious. Our check in with Kassie was smooth. the people who worked there that we talked to were nice.

finding the “front” of the hotel wasn’t really marked. They have real plates and silverware, but felt cheap on paper towels and toilet paper. the door to the room heavy, not really a bad thing, just an observation. Getting to the wifi was a little complicated. Getting a text message basically 15 minutes, if that after we got there asking if all was good, a little annoying, to us. When we checked out, not a “good morning or how was your stay?

We really enjoyed the extra amenities in the room. The fridge and sink were especially nice. We also liked the fire pit. It was nice and cozy. Plus, the breakfast was very high quality and had a variety of options. Only dislike was missing out on the outdoor pool. It was closed because of the weather.

Breakfast was excellent, so many choices. I loved the fresh yogurt and all the toppings for the yogurt. It was very quiet and close to everything, food, shopping, Dunbar Cave State Park, downtown, etc. It would have been nice to sit by the fire pit at night, but it was raining while we were here. Fantastic stay!

Great location. Right off interstate. Close to many eating establishments. Exceptional staff. Rates a bit high for an overnight stay but you do get a well furnished suite with a lot of room.

Breakfast could be better.

Everything was great, didn't get up in time for breakfast but it was near everything and the bed was comfortable

The room was clean but I had to ask for a broom & dust pan to sweep the entire room because no one had sweep the room & I took pictures of the floors & notified the front desk

The room was very clean. It had all the expected amenities. And, the staff went out of their way to make my stay exceptional.

The price. It simply costs too much.

I didn't like the breakfast or the fact housekeeping were knocking on our day 10:00am try to rush us out like we didn't pay almost 400 to stay there

The breakfast had very good options, including turkey sausage and the ability to make fresh waffles. The reception and housekeeping staff were all friendly and warm. The location near the main shopping centre and lots of restaurants is a plus.

The room was a little tight for 2 adults and 2 children, but it was manageable. Other than that, there weren't any real issues.

The entire property was nice and having the kitchen was a plus this is a excellent place to stay when traveling with a small family..

The breakfast could have been better it was ok but I have had better . Could have better choices as well

the hotel was very clean and location was perfect. the staff was very friendly, professional, and courteous. I loved that the front desk was very informative about the amenities and important information about my stay even though I was only staying a night as I passed through on our way home.
