I enjoyed the extra safety of needing keys to get laundry done etc felt safe at this hotel

the computer was down for 2 hours so I could not check in. I did my reservations prior to going and then when the computer finally came back up my reservation was cancelled and they tried to charge me almost $100 more for my room. finally after me showing the guy several times my Booking.com information he them said ok let me re instate your reservation for the original price you were told. it was already late and I had driven 8 hours so I was very upset

I had to wait a little longer to get in room due to hotel at full capacity. It was cleaned and prepared. I had a smoking room on 3rd floor. Staff was very nice and helpful. My room was like a mini apartment. I found out there are workers that stay there often

The smell of marijuana. Constant doors open and closed throughout night. Hotel wasn’t as close to airport as advertised-about 25-35 minutes.

The room and every thing except one thing a ms it will fall in the dislike colume

I needed an ironing board but was unable to use one. Not saying I want come back but I know too bring my own iron

The property was clean and very quiet.

We rented a room with a double bed as there were 4 of us staying (2 adults and 2 children) but the room only had two bath towels and we ran out of toilet paper and another roll was not in the room. Very minor issues overall was a good stay.

It had a bed finally because I’m sleeping on the streets

They need a room for free or something for homeless people especially if you pregnant

The room was clean and there is a pool and a gym. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms are a little dated and could use some modern updates.

location on West Bank, close to family

hallway not cleaned every day. lots of day workers stayed there, who played loud music in parking lot, playing soccer until midnight. since our room was at very back of property, noises were too loud. Also, the pool was not accessible to guests. not cleaned per staff, due to COVID.

Liked smoking rooms , free parking and location. Elevator kept breaking but otherwise great stay again. Definitely will be back.

They like to make you feel comfortable

The man that fix things he was nice enough to came back at night to fix the air conditioning

Staff was really nice and friendly!

The pool is still not being used, whole reason I chose this particular location was because it had a pool. Bed was uncomfortable.
