Breakfast was pretty basic. They had mediocre pastries, three types of cereal, and a waffle station. However, the scrambled eggs were runny, and they didn’t restock the sausage patties, so we didn’t get any. The coffee was Folgers—yuck! We sat there for 30 minutes, and no one came by to refill the sausage.

We were looking forward to having a complementary breakfast but it was disappointing to find out they did not refill the main course.

Our experience was very good. Being able to communicate through the app with the hotel helped a great deal. Ms. L immediately answered our messages. She was extremely helpful and friendly. Check-in & out were easy. The room was clean and quiet. The mattress is, however, extra firm. It was okay, but it would've been better if we had more pillows. I'm sure we could have gotten more, but we decided not to ask. Continental breakfast was standard; I always enjoy waffle stations, and it was the best part of the meal. The staff overall provided good customer service. We would stay there again.

The mattress was more firm than our liking. Also, hand towels need to be replaced; old stains.

The location and convenience to stores and food

The buffet breakfast that was advertised was false. It was not what I expected. Danishes were hard and seemed outdated. Cereal looked to have been there for awhile. The hot food was powered eggs and sausages

I have traveled a good bit. I was very pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The entire facility was well kept although I didn't look at the entire facility. My bathroom was perfect, the surfaces were actually shiny clean. The staff was friendly and although I arrived for breakfast at the very end of serving time, the staff made sure I had what I wanted. I was meeting someone at the airport and although the airport entrances are under construction, everything was well marked. It was very easy from this hotel.

The vending area on the third floor needed attention....looked like a storage area.

The staff were friendly and attentive, I felt safe and comfortable, it's a little far from the city but I'd choose to stay her again.

The breakfast could use an overall. Add some non-pork options and maybe flavored coffee creamer. Bottled water in the room at check-in

The morning front desk staff and shuttle driver were wonderful. Very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast could use some hard boiled eggs, real coffee (not from an automatic machine), tea, freshly boiled hot water for tea and oatmeal (not from a water machine). The food available was mostly highly processed. There were some apples though.

I booked this hotel because it said it had transportation to the airport. I found out they drop you off at the nearby car rental location where you wait for a shuttle there. although this shuttle at this location does provide transportation to the airport, i believe I’m not the only one to interpret the hotel would take customers directly to the airport

It was close to the airport. The staff especially Ms Tina was very welcoming and helpful in receiving and telling us about restaurant situation to.get food.

The fact that there is no decent restaurant for a simple health meal. The fact that the hotel have no working relationship with the nearest Wendy. The double room we stayed in had no proper chair to work at the desk but one of the workers promised to look into the chair situation after we mentioned.

Very clean, hot breakfast provided, and friendly staff. The bed was amazing and I slept like a baby.

I didn't have any issues at all. I would like to recommend more fruit outside of bananas and apples.

Location was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Need variety breakfast meats. Most times eggs were cold and sausage also. Would have liked some bacon or ham.
