Everything was great! I didn't catch his name but the man at the front desk was super helpful with kindly letting me know that y'all don't accept cash app as payment, but my bank wasn't near by so he told me where the nearest dollar store was for me to load more money to cash app to transfer to the bank. We have stayed at this specific hotel multiple times for my daughter's appointments at Ochsner's.

I wasn't informed before arriving at the hotel that we now had to pay to park, also that the pool was closed. Neither of those things were listed on the website.

Prime location easy to get around., lots of eateries to choose from also several local supermarkets grocery stores to shop at., this is our go to spot whenever we come home to visit New Orleans. The stuff was very friendly from the front desk to the ladies handling the Continental breakfast everyone was very friendly and courteous. Also we ran into a problem with the 1st room that was assigned to us and the situation was handled very quickly 😁

Really and truly that's not much I could say that I don't like about the location or facility except for paying for parking..

The hotel staff was friendly. Bed very comfortable., A/C worked great,Room was clean. Had a slight odor to it. Carpet may possibly need freshening up and cleaning. Kinda of a urine-like scent but the bedroom appeared clean. I also sprayed the rest room down with sanitizer. Still could smell it. Not sure what the smell was from. Maybe spray the rooms before guest arrive Maybe just from being closed up. Be prepared to pay a fee to park your car on the premises. Never had to do that at a .open hotel lot that wasn't a parking garage..We will stay here again. Overall a 90% Satisfied.

The location and also it was way more affordable than most hotels for the weekend.

The continental breakfast. For hot options you could make your waffle, Make toast and they provided turkey sausage patties and pork sausage links like the ones to grill outside. No eggs whatsoever. I’ve stayed at La Quintas in Texas over the years. This was the first time I’ve stayed in a hotel in Louisiana so maybe it’s a thing here. I just would want more variety in breakfast foods. It was interesting to have pork sausage. The lady service was extremely wonderful but they would bring out so like if the sausages or turkey. People kept having to ask her if there was more. Other than that I had no issues with the hotel or its staff.

I was greeted with a smile and made me feel welcome. Lobby was clean and smelled fresh. My check in was smooth and they treated me like they knew me lol. My room smelled good and was super clean. Plenty of towels and I loved the Dove products in the bathroom. My bed felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The air conditioning was kick and that’s a big deal for me because I like my rooms extremely cold and it was wonderful. Definitely loved the fan always. Overall it was great!

Got down a little late but I was surprised coffee juices and more was still out it was Good. Front clerk staff was great very helpful greeted with a smile

My room was nice and clean But my bathroom needs some work while sitting on the toilet all I could stare at was dirt and brown mess on the floor around the baseboards you can see it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. Soup dish in tub falling apart.

The room was nice bed very comfortable, and breakfast was great

There was a knock every other hour coming from the refrigerator or air conditioner that wake me while I sleep, the elevator floor was dirty, there was no vent in the bathroom, and steam filled the mirror. I had to pay for parking, because the parking lot the hotel was on belonged to another company SAD

We came out for a Mother’s Day weekend away from home and it was the most relaxing weekend I had in years will most definitely be coming back 💕

It wasn’t really the property fault, but we was planning on swimming and we couldn’t because the water was cold it was the last little cold front of the season but we still enjoyed ourselves😊

It was fast service.

The parking lot is dark allot of homeless people walking around. Sketchy environment you can tell there were all type of transaction were going on in the parking lot. The tub was nasty i have stayed in 60 dollar motels cleane then this location by far the work la quinta inn I have ever stayed. When leaving to go to the airport cops had a couple guys coughed in the parking lot at 6am in the morning

bathroom handicap stool.in shower was almost broken couldn't use it afraid it would break. told front desk not a complaint just to make you aware in case of law suit. maids never entered my room to empty trash or make beds
