I'll stay was very pleasable and clean. And the staff was very friendly upon arrival and checking out

only thing we did not like is when it's time to check out on the weekend Saturday or Sunday The office does not open until 10:00 a.m. Even though check out is at 11:00 a.m., It's inconvenience if you have to catch an early flight out or get on the road early you can't sign out for your stay there was no Dropbox to drop the key off and no staff available to sign you out until that time that has been established., also it's a smoke-free environment but you can smell smoke when you pass the hallway and it wasn't regular cigarette smell.

The hotel was a good option to stay in New Orleans outside of the more expensive French Quarter for one night when one arrives very late in the evening. Getting an Uber on the next morning to downtown was not a problem at all. The people at this hotel were very kind and helpful. They gave me several suggestions where I could get a late dinner which was great. I like the Southern kindness and the way everyone treats you like an old friend.

The bathroom looked quite used (not dirty). Refurbishments might need to be made. Frankly, this was just a minor thing for me that I noticed.

Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and staff simply amazing! Good location to reach both the airport and downtown.

On booking.com, they include shuttle service and breakfast, but at check-in, I was informed that shuttle service is not provided, and breakfast is just grab&go coffee and granola bars "because of covid". And it was in April 2024.

The staff was friendly and professional

The room had a few issues. I am a housekeeper so I noticed a few things but nothing major. The hotel shouldn’t have ice machines. Guests should not have to wait for ice to be made in the freezer of the fridge.

Check in was good even out of the reception working hours. Just need to make a call from the stationary phone located next to the entrance. Location is good. There is a parking for the ones who needs that.

Breakfast was mentioned as a part of the booking but it was not served due to some reasons.

It was comfortable the two nights I stayed there.

The key pads on other entrances wasn’t working so that mad me irritated a little bit. Also it was two rotten (big roaches) I killed them but also notified the front desk. They request them to do a pest control inspection. I took pictures to show them. It was okay overall

We didn't eat breakfast but this room was 100% better then the Federal inn we stayed out. Would have rather spend money at your facility

Nice comfortable room, all the amenities that you expect and want, good location, clean and quiet.

I cannot remember anything that we didn't like.
