Good location, there were bus stops right out front. So I just took advantage of public transit while there. The building was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Close to freeway and the airport. Plenty of restaurants around to choose.

We were out of TP and when we asked the staff said the truck never came. I ended up just buying a roll from a dollar store near by.

No toaster nor coffee maker. Walls were a little thin, not sure of placement of bed to adjoining room, but heard someone either watching porn or doing stuff like that for two hours. Couldn't work the alarm clock, but thankfully I had my phone to play soothing music or Godly worship to drown out neighbor.

I asked the staff I asked housekeeping for towels and bath rigs. There was a total of six of us in the room, and she only gave me two towels and two rags.

Location was great, property was very clean, staff was great.

I didn’t like that I had to ask for linen after staying here two weeks, I didn’t like that my room key was a problem day after day it kept deactivating, and I didn’t like that after 10pm the staff became unavailable.

Near the interstate for easy travel into New Orleans. Pretty basic accommodations, but well worth the price. Friendly, nice staff and near many places to dine.

Would be cool to have some type of outdoor seating area to relax.

The afternoon/evening person was exceptional. The other woman we delt with, not so much.

The elevator stopped working, we were on the 4th floor, I'm handicapped. I could not be accommodated. The bed, great, furnishings old and torn, bath towel had holes.

That when we arrived there wasn’t a staff member at the desk had to call the toll free number and when i got the first room it wasn’t clean had to get another and tht took hours

I like the location and the rooms are nice but they need bigger Sheets and blankets for queen beds
