The stuff was very nice, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. I like that it wasn’t the same buffet like the other hotels. It was an actual menu to choose from.

I didn’t like the bathroom. The extended shower head didn’t work. There was water splashing everywhere. And the shower floor was for someone that was disabled. Which I didn’t request. There was water all over the floor. Also when you flush the toilet it was very noisy and they make you pay for parking. When several hotels down the road you don’t have to pay for parking. But other than that it was good.

I loved the fact that there was a server to take your order from their breakfast menu. The selection of food choices for breakfast was GREAT and the food tasted very GOOD!!! The dinning area was clean and the environment/atmosphere of hotel was pleasant and comfortable. I was very please with my stay at this location.

I didn't like that I had to paid for parking each day. As a quest, I didn't feel this was fair.

We were there for SNOLA 2025, snowed in all week. The staff was AMAZING during our forced stay waiting for the weather to break. Their spirit and attitude was incredible!

We chose this hotel because of the proximity shown in Booking.com to the airport - less than half a mile. We thought, in a pinch, that we could have walked to the terminal I'd things got bad in the snow. This is old information as the new terminal is a few miles away.

The bartender was great! Very personable. The check-in woman was very nice, as well.

I called down to the desk at 11:15 p.m. It was a young guy. My TV would not work on regular Live TV. He said he would send some to my room. At 12:00 a.m., I called back down and got a young girl. She said I wasn't here. Very rude and It was not resolved!!!!!!

The location to the airport and free shuttle was a great perk. The hotel was nice and rooms were good with the option of checking in early which was appreciated after debarking our cruise. If I travel out of N.O. again I'm staying here prior to my flight home.

The walls may be a tad bit thin or my neighbors really enjoyed their alone time wink wink.

Clean need more variety in restaurant. Didn’t like computers were down so had to be escorted to room by staff to open door. Also like we could leave car there instead of airport for a cheaper rate with shuttle bus.

Need more food options in restaurant. Didn’t like escorted to room because all keys wouldn’t work.

Everything exceeded my expectations... there wasn't anything that comes to mind.

Hotel Bar was exceptional, great food and drinks, good place and confortable. Room has space and also a space to work before going to the airport. There is also a shutter that brings you free of charge. The bed and bath were very confortable and the hotel has good enjoyable silence for people who want to rest and/or work.

The staff was a bit indifferent upon arrival, and could be more cordial, but ok, we are not always in our best mood.

Delay in getting to an available room after receiving reservation confirmation several hours earlier. Unable to turn off water after showering. This matter was promptly taken care of by staff.

check in process was so smooth. getting on the shuttle for the airport went so well! even though it was at 5am on a Monday morning, everyone had great attitudes!

everything was amazing! did not stay there long so there is nothing to complain about! the only thing was the shuttle is a little tiny and we were packed like sardines but even that was not a bad experience!
