The restaurant was very convenient and our waiter was very nice and took care of everyone in the dining room, plus he was the bar tender as well. And he was extremely busy, but did an amazing job anyway. I didn't get to swim in the pool, but it looked nice. I got in late and had to leave early for work, so it wasn't anyone's fault.

When we first got there, they gave us a room and when we got to the room, it hadn't been cleaned yet. They put us in a new room and everything was fine. So I think that might have just been a computer error. It did kinda smell like mildew by the A.C. so you might want to check if it's leaking. And possibly give more than one towel in the bathroom. I had my 2 kids and my husband with me, so we had to share. No big deal.

The location is very good as its in front of the airport plus they provide a shuttle service for airport drop. Overall it was a great experience. The room was big with a great view.

One of the staff girls was very rude. I've never experienced such a bad attitude in my life from a person at reception. I'm still rating this hotel high because the rest of the staff was good and took care of this matter. Also, my room was not properly cleaned, I informed the staff and then they quickly handled that as well.

I specifically liked that the air conditioning was on when I arrived. I also like that the room was clean. And my wife like that there was water pressure in the shower.

I would have preferred a smart tv, in order to watch streaming services. The ice machine was hidden or maybe i didnt see the sign. The refrigerator was not keeping cold.

Love the location and the bar and breakfast

Left items in the room at check out and staff said “ they didn’t see anything”. Very untruthful.

The location was great for access to the airport, the check in process was easy, the staff were friendly, and the room was as promised. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to access the airport. It was a good room, the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Everything met my expectations, and I don't have anything to add.

This Holiday inn said it provided 24hr shuttle to the Airport, IT DID NOT!!!! Shuttle service started at 400am to late for my 520am flight!!! Cost me $35 to uber to the Airport!!

The front desk wasn't as friendly

One of the employees was by the pool with his shirt off smoking Is marijuana. He's a slim guy with dread locks. I know he was employees because when I arrived, the front desk lady asked him to make my key for my room. Wild, she was finishing up my check-in....

room is clean and the bed is comfortable

the customer service was horrible. the receptionist and shuttle service are the worst. they do not are too much about their customers!!! I called the hotel request for a shuttle, apparently the front desk did not confirm with the driver. when the shuttle arrived at the airport, the driver just pickup other passengers and I was standing right there but he didn't pay attention to me and left. horrible service

It had pretty good variety and taste

It said on the internet when I booked that breakfast was included but didnt find out I was charged until after my guest and I had already started preparing our meal. By then we felt forced to pay and the misunderstanding was never resolved.

Didn’t stay long but very convenient location for the airport, spacious room with big beds, decent breakfast, free parking
