Loved the new lobby , very beautiful .It was close to the airport and shuttle service was convenient . Room size and comfort was great, especially for the price . Will book again when flying out of New Orleans

It is / was under renovations at the time of our stay and finding the entrance to hotel is small and hard to find . May want to put up a temporary sign so people will know where to turn in , especially being right off the interstate, the entrance comes up pretty quickly. Our uber drove right past it and it wasn’t convenient trying to turn around and get back to the entrance.

My flight out of London was delayed and it meant that I was unable to be picked up as originally planned. This caused a problem. I messed up the booking date online while doing it from the plane which caused a bit of a panic (autistic traveller) and which wasn't easily resolved over the phone between connections, but was sorted on Landing. Only thing that stops this being a 10. Room was great for the money and it hours I was in it, was able to check in after midnight although had to taxi as shuttle had stopped. Overall a good option if you're in a jam.

Location of hotel was exactly where I needed it to be. It gave me the ease to do what I needed to do. The bed was SOOOO comfortable , it was quiet which let me have a great night sleep, and the staff was great!!! The shuttle back to the airport couldn't get back due to high Mardi Gras traffic, and the front desk receptionist paid for me and another guest Uber back to the airport. He went over and beyond. A+

The five best things about this hotel are: 1) Location, 2) Customer Service, 3) Room Rates, 4) Beds/Pillows, and 5) The Cleanliness. Also, the fly overs by the planes landing at the airport aren't noticeable.

The aesthetics of and minor damages in the rooms. The carpets need a deep cleaning and minor damages to the furniture needs repairing. It seems like every time I stay here, I'm having to report a problem with the room. Also, the ice machines are ALWAYS inoperable. Such things not being repaired reflect a lack of routine property and room inspections by Management and Maintenance.

The hotel is undergoing renovations we got an email saying our reservation would be the same but when we checked in we were told there were no handicapped rooms. The people let my husband check the available rooms to make sure my wheelchair would fit in the bathroom and since we were only staying one night it was ok but I wished we had known before we checked in

My stay was very short but the location seems to be great if you want to stay near the airport without feeling too isolated. The Mexican restaurant around the corner was a nice surprise with great food and unteen options of large margaritas. Great value for price. The room was really comfortable.

Getting to the rooms was sometimes a bit of a maze ...lol. Not a big issue.

I was totally happy with my recent stay at this charming place. The location is great, just a few blocks from the downtown area in a very relaxed neighborhood. The cabins are simple and lovely. It is not like a normal hostel. It is more like a little co-living village. If you look for party crowds, this is not your spot. But if you need a relaxed place to stay, chill, work, cook, live and relax, you could easily stay here a couple of months. Lorena, the owner, was very helpful with organizing tours. For me the value for money is excellent. I would definitely come back!

I couldn't fault the staff, they were all very polite and helpful. The room was clean and a good size. Breakfast was lovely, eat as much as you wanted. Close to the airport.

On the downside there was no room safe. The mattress had seen better days.

Front desk staff for the morning and night of my stay were fantastic! They got a room ready for me 5 hours before check in and helped me with any question or need I had with a happy attitude. I really enjoyed the staff and shuttle.

Some soundproofing could be done around room 2005 and surrounding others. It’s next to the street and party busses tour constantly. I found it difficult to rest and sleep because of the volume of the music and shaking of the room. This was my only issue.

Breakfast is done by some outside service when the hotel is not fully booked, and it was a big rip-off. Really, $75 for 2 coffees, one juice, and 3 plates of bacon, 2 eggs, a biscuit and some (from frozen) potato cubes? But everything else at the hotel was just fine.
