I was traveling for work and upon walking in the staff Greeted me with a huge smile and welcome in. The location was perfect right by airport and lots of food places. The property itself is clean and my room was spotless. The pool was nice as well. Having an amazing staff is very important and everyone was so helpful. Breakfast was hot and ready as well. The bathroom was equipped with essentials such as shower gel shampoo conditioner and face soap. The kitchenette in my room was also stocked with plates bowls glasses and silverware. 10/10 for sure will be back next month.

They were to capacity on late check ins. I wanted to stay obviously lol

We had a cancelled flight and booked in the last minute because it was near to the airport. 5 minutes to airport and have shuttle to the airport. The room was not big but very well designed and decorated. It has the brand new feeling and cleanliness. The breakfast was very basic but enough. The staff was friendly.

It is little over price maybe because we booked last minute. Although they advertise pet friendly, they are charging 75$ extra per pet. We have a 5kg ES dog. Checked in at 12:30 am and checked out at 10:00 am. The fee was to high for the pet.

How close it was to the airport. Rooms were clean, modern, and very nice.

Although they are free to use, one of the washers malfunctioned and caused me a lot of sleep time. Also requested late checkout, which I was assured was good to go, but I was called 30 before my new checkout time informing me that checkout was 30 mins prior. I told the lady I was given late checkout and wasn't bothered again.

1 bedroom suite keeps the whole family together but provides privacy when needed. Free to use laundry facilities, excellent exercise room, all day coffee. We didn't need it but the sign said that it is pet friendly also if you need that.

Pool was closed because it was raining but we weren't going to use it anyway. Overall can't think of anything we didn't like. In fact, I plan to look for this hotel in the future when I need a place to stay with the family.

Breakfast is a decent selection. Appreciated that every morning. Eggs are a little over cooked but for free breakfast it’s decent. Pool area is nice. Love staying on the first floor, was convenient for breakfast and pool time. Lots of nice restaurants and shopping close by all on veterans highway. Rooms are very spacious and well suited for a family. Staff was very friendly.

Housekeeping comes on day 5 unless you request earlier. Room doors are pretty noisy you can hear everyone coming in and out of their rooms. Not the greatest neighborhood across the street and sometimes parking was an issue. We weren’t always able to find hotel parking and had to park on the street.

Wow, wow,wow! This place was amazing! I had never stayed at a place like this, more like a mini apartment. So, clean and comfortable. The staff ( CJ ) helped me check in and everything was great. I fealt safe and wasn’t worried about being by my self. Their shuttle bus was as about the only on to run to airport at 4:00am. Loved this place, and hope to stay again. 4 stars!!!

The ENTIRE SUITE was wonderful!

The View from my room looked like Businesses, Residential Houses and I-10. There was a Fire Alarm in the Middle of the Night; I ran into the Hallway but didn't see anyone else, so I called the Front Desk, only to be told it was a False Alarm - There should be a Hotel Loud Speaker to Announce things like this. Doors are VERY NOISY when closing - They are very heavy and slam shut.

The space in the rooms is great. The staff was very helpful with restaurants and areas to explore.

I only wish that they had a variety of breakfast pickings. The buffet was good, but after a couple of days, we grew tired of the same thing... waffle, oatmeal, same choice of cold cereal, bagel/toast, egg,,and breakfast sandwich. Maybe I'm just picky.

We showed up to a very clean and well designed room, which provided space for our toddler to sleep in relative isolation while we ate our dinner as he slept. The hotel itself was clean and well equipped and the staff was top notch. It was easy to confirm our need for a baby bed, call a shuttle, and have any of our needs met.

No complaints. We needed a comfortable, cozy room to sleep after 18hours of international travel and got just that at a great price.

Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was great for us to catch an early flight. We able to easily get a pack and play for our baby. The front desk was kind and helpful. We used the provided shuttle to get to the airport. It was on time and the driver was very nice.
