I loved the location, it was very clean and the staff was very friendly

My only issue was the air conditioner had a loud rattling sound in the living room area. We had a suite. It felt good in the living room area but was warmer in the bedroom. It wasn't hot and would probably be comfortable to anyone who keeps their air around 73 . I just like it cold when I sleep. Even Turing the air to the lowest setting, it was still warmer in the bedroom. Other than that it was amazing

The staff, facility, and location were great. We enjoyed the daily breakfast and loved the convenience of the kitchenette. The space was roomy, and the beds were sooo comfortable! I had trouble using the remote to find my basketball game during March Madness, but staff came to the rescue! The atmosphere of breakfast facilitated sweet exchanges between guests!

We had a dog and were welcomed which was important. A clear dog walking area with poop disposal clearly marked would be helpful. We stayed 5 nights and felt right at home as did our dog! Staff located our room near a first floor outside door which was super!

Its like having a Apartment! It's confortable, clean and the staff is great! It's my third time there! The manager Jhon is really a great guy that is always there to help.

The only thing I don't like is they don't have daily cleaning. That can sometimes be uncomfortable, not really used to that.

This hotel is top-notch. The location is excellent and convenient. The entire staff was so kind and attentive. The hotel manager, John, was the best 👍🏻 😊 we will stay there again next year!!

The only tiny thing was the pillows were to lumpy. I had to ask for a pillowcase to put over one of the small couch pillows. Doing that made a huge difference.

I love the pool, exercise room, free cookies at the desk, easy parking with a big free parking lot. Beds are comfortable & clean. Shower was amazing water pressure & temperature was excellent. Full breakfast bar.

They had issues with payment. Prices were jacked up more than what I booked it for. FYI use Visa not Master Card here. Pillows too soft. Small trash cans. No shower door.

I didn't like the fact $417 was taken out of my account a week before my trip to paid for the first night with out my knowledge. Also when i checked in and i check my account they next day and i saw that an additional $417 was taken out of my account after i paid for my two nights and the lady at the front desk said that is the policy for the hotel to put that additional amount on hold and it should be deposit back in my account. I was very displease with you all policy.

I think the breakfast should have had a little more variety in meat. I did not see any bacon

I think the hotel could use a bar and a small restaurant to serve sandwiches and burgers for the guest who arrive late at night.

I loved how accommodating the staff were. Very friendly and attentive to my needs and request. They all went above and beyond. I really appreciate them helping make my daughter’s 10th bday sleepover a success. They even allowed us to use the lobby when the weather turned so bad outside. It was amazing!

Location was perfect. So many restaurants in the area to choose from. (Fast food to sit down) The staff at front desk were so friendly and helpful.

Other than the weather nothing we didn’t like.

I book the stay with booking.com for 3 rooms, but the property charge me for another 1 night stay for 1 room cause they told me that the payment I made through booking.com doenst went through but its just a double charge.
