Saturday of memorial day weekend my a.c blew out and our house quickly went from 68° to 100°. For 5 days ,every single day the staff was able to work with us with last minute notice on whether or not we'd be staying another day and allowed us to stay in the same room the entire time during MEMORIAL DAY.Everything was wonderful. All the staff was wonderful. I wish I could have taken the bed home with me it was SOO COMFORTABLE! like sleeping on a cloud. Bathrooms were clean and cozy,had great water pressure and wasn't like hard water like most hotels. Wayne,the hotels daytime concierge ,was so very helpful and accommodating as well as the rest of the ENTIRE staff! Just all around really pleasant experience during a very frustrating time. Also,this location accepts cash payment as well as cash deposit so no waiting for days for your deposit to go back on your card.We enjoyed the saltwater pool and the multiple covered , cabanas. The gym was perfect for keeping my 17 yr old and husband busy when they started to get cabin fever lol .Everything about this hotel was perfect .

I liked that it had an ihop attached that’s about it

I didn’t like that I ended up in a room that had a water leak, (they immediately wreck-edified the issueby moving us to a different room) I also didn’t like that they wanted to charge me a fee for early checkin I was like 15 minutes early, 5 minutes later the lady at the desk is checking in other people with no fee

The bed was really comfortable, the bedroom was super clean and the hotel in general was calm and quiet. The location is good, a 20 minutes ride from the touristic center, which was fine for us as we wanted a quieter area, but expect to spend $40-$50/day/roundtrip with Uber. The staff was friendly and the IHOP 24h was extremely convenient.

I missed having pillows that were not so tall, but this is a minor complaint overall.

The walk-in shower and the room size. The staff at the front desk were all very friendly.

The king size bed was too tall. We actually had to purchase a step stool so my wife could get in the bed. Also, it was a split king - it was two beds put together. We did not like the gap in the middle. We did not notice it mentioned in the description.

It was clean, quiet, and bed was comfortable.

The air conditioner. When we got to the room it was a lil damp feeling I assume from humidity. So once we lowered the air and got it working felt great in room. The downside was when the air is on its loud and fine to create white noise but once it cuts off you think the power has gone off it's loud then bam so quiet. Everytime it happened it woke us up thru out the night.

Nearly everything! Very pleasant decor with rich dark wood tones and brass. Room doors and wall decorations throughout done with a N.O. theme. Very creative! Even the elevators were beautiful. Friendly staff. Nice large comfortable room with nice sofa area. Beds were wonderful too! Having IHOP literally connected to the hotel was a plus. Especially for non USA citizens.

Water pressure could have been better.

The price. The parking is great. We didn't hear our neighbors. When I was walking down our hallway, there was a baby crying in a room near ours. Never heard the baby in our room. There is a small balcony which we liked. The staff was very friendly. If you need to wash your clothes there are washers and dryers. We didn't use them, but it was a great option if needed. There was a refrigerator and microwave in our room, which we really liked since we were there a couple of days. The shower has great temperature and pressure. We would stay here again.

We didn't find anything we disliked.

Easy access to rooms inside. Named rooms on door. Small laundry room to wash clothes. Not too expensive machines. Little later checkout of 11, unlike some that are 10. Since we checked in late just to get a good night rest before traveling again. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Nice towels and linens very clean it had no odd odors in the room. The 24 IHOP was a plus next door. But you could smell it in the hallways when leaving.

The pillows were flat and lumpy. But it looked like they were that way because they had been washed so much. So thats a good thing. Some of the other visitors were disruptive, dramatic, and yelling at each other. But staff was quick to tell them to stop. Air could have been working a little cooler. We had it as low as it could go and still didn't feel the cool we like for sleeping. No vent in bathroom so it got really hot in there. Needed to leave the door open in the room to be comfortable for a long shower

All rooms are spacious and facilities were very clean. Conveniently located

In the 1st room, the bed broke from just sitting on it. The young lady at the front desk initially gave me a hard time when asked to be moved but after being firm, but all other staff was pleasant and helpful. The IHOP inside/ next door doesn't have adequate staff.

The people that work at the hotel were great and the same with the I Hop next to it.

The room and most of the hotel looks like everything was bought at a secondhand store and the repairs were very bad as if they picked up someone from Home Depot to do it for $ 15.00 an hour.
