Couch had stains on it, bathroom shelves were broken and hanging aloof from the wall, hair dryer was broken and glued back together - so I didn’t dare use it. Other side of facility was under remodel and construction so hopefully they are updating all units to look better.

I liked the grits and grated cheese at breakfast. Your breakfast staff and reception people were very pleasant and eager to help. The studio was homey and large and felt just like home. The plentiful parking is very important to me since I always rent a car.

Beignets would have been nice. Maybe they were there, and I overlooked. Bananas Foster would been a nice touch.

Breakfast was excellent, and the kitchenette met our expectations. The king studio was very well-laid out and quite clean.

The bed was awful. Made sleeping difficult. The couch was similarly almost unusable. Staff was adequate, and did their job well, but overall unfriendly.

The property is amazing. The morning breakfast was perfect. Good ambience, good staff, clean environment.

The bed and the sofa in the room are not exactly good. A replacement will be just fine.

We stayed 2 days after a cruise during Essence Festival and the stay was great. They let me check in early like at 10:30AM instead of 3PM. The breakfast was great. The 2 bedroom was great with the refrigerator and stove for 6 people

Nothing Enjoyed My Stay Didn't Want To Leave

The price was GREAT via booking.com. We had to cancel one of the nights, and found that regular rate was over $100 per night more, if not booked thru this site. The convenience of a kitchen and full fridge is great. Rooms were clean and comfortable and BREAKFAST INCLUDED was a full, array of choices. We would certainly stay here again so family from multiple locations can catch up as we relax in the evening. There is a lovely garden space that we did not use, but with a pool, basketball area and lounging in shade.

The change in the reservation from 3 nights to 2 took some phone calls to get billing correct, but it was corrected.

the staff was so nice. They even went as far as bringing my daughter a small ball so she could play with. The facilities were very clean.

The couch in the 2 bedroom suite was small. Our family of 4 didn’t have comfortable places to sit and watch tv. They just went in the rooms to get comfortable to watch some tv.

The upkeep was great it was clean and inviting. The. Rooms smelled fresh the bed slept very well. 10 out of 10

Everything was great there wasn’t anything I didn’t like

Very clean, good breakfast selection, quiet location within the city.

The walls are pretty thin. We were woken by the elevator down the hall, people coming and going... None of us got very good sleep.

The suite was very nice but hot all day but they did give me half back for my trouble

The only thing I don’t think the ac was working very well
