Clean hotel rooms! Excellent shower pressure, complimentary shampoo/conditioner, soaps. Ac worked well. Pool looked inviting and clean, but it was raining and late so we didn’t get to use it. Hotel staff was friendly. Not too far from restaurants, the cafe du Monde on veterans was close as well.

It was a Friday night and other guests stayed later at the pool and were somewhat loud. One of our rooms said the neighbors were quite loud, we didn’t notice it as much. It’s really a fast turn off once you got off highway- I was grateful for other reviewers stating that fact!

location was good, didn't want to stay in downtown or French Quarter due to noise, parking, crowds. Metairie is perfectly located about 6 miles from the FQ cannot comment on the free breakfast as we wanted to try local restaurants. there were plenty nearby to sample.

my only bad experience is one of the guests hit my car on the first night. they didn't leave a note, someone else did. it's not the hotel's fault, but parking is kind of tight so maybe if spaces were a little wider, that big truck would not have scraped our car. luckily, we buffed out the smudges. also, our fridge went out two days into our stay and they quickly moved us next door.

I loved the breakfast area. It was very neat. The majority of the cleaning staff and breakfast staff were wonderful. The front receptionist were nice. I loved our spacious room and bath. The microwave and the fridge were clean. They give complimentary cookies on check in and I lovedddd it! The hotel is right off the interstate and right next to a mall. That was great!

The bed sheets looked clean but the threads were coming out of the sheet and they need to be changed because they are over worn. We had a room the looked out on the interstate and wow! it was loud at night. So don’t get a room that is close to the road. The coffee maker in the room was not clean on the inside where you put water. There was build up. I did not like the spots on the door, walls and fixtures that showed whoever did a paint job didn’t care.

The rooms were clean and I like the fact that the maids only check in on your room every 3rd day. The staff was helpful. It was very quiet at night which was nice.

The staff at check in put us at opposite ends of the hotel. My nephew was up in 328 and my dad and I were in 105. Secondly, we had requested at handicapp accessible room but was not given one. My dad is 99 and it made it difficult. And lastly the toilets need to be raised in the rooms, my 4-year-old nephew would have a better chance of sitting on it then I did.

The location is near New Orleans, less than 10 minutes from the French Quarter. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was yummy.

I did not like the smell of storm water from the air heating unit. However, the staff tried their best to rid the smell. Got better. Also a better description of the accommodations: suites versus hotel rooms during booking. I thought I booked a hotel room in the main building. Instead a suite in a separate building.

When I checked out this morning, the lady at the desk was just leisurely talking to a lady. She finally asked me how can I help you? I told her I was checking out room 359. She printed out my invoice and I said thank you. She ignored me and started back talking to the lady For a second time I said thank you then she acknowledged what I said. Her behavior was not friendly nor professional!

The receptionist lack of professionalism and the refrigerator was too small.

Once again, a great stay and great breakfast.

The breakfast host was rude. But I have used this hotel company enough to know it wasn’t the norm. We had a party of five and had to move a table closer so we could eat together. She told us to make sure we put that table back where we got it from. It wasn’t a pleasant voice that she used. Also I dropped a biscuit on the floor and she just stared me down and just point to the garbage as I apologized for dropping it. She never attempted to make it feel it was alright or said “it is ok”. Nothing but a blank stare. She shouldn’t be in hospitality. She doesn’t have any. She spoke with an accent and had dark hair, light skinned. Maybe German accent.

Front desk and the breakfast team was nice friendly and professional

The security officer was mean rude when people are on vacation It should not be made to feel like you can enjoy the amenities that your are paying for the security threaten to put us out without a refund because we can back to our room and was laughing an talking a little loud as we were going to our room

The breakfast was really good. The area was clean and kept well stocked. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet . There was a safe and they emptied the trash cans and replaced the towels daily. That was a nice touch. Thank you

Let me use AARPcard when we booked for more nights . The room did have a “musty” odor and it the hotel was a little difficult to get to initially

The room was very clean, quiet , and comfortable. Very spacious room. The outdoor living space was very nice and well thought out for relaxation and visiting with your company. Great location and parking was plentiful.

The outdoor carpeting was very stained and worn. The elevator was not working had to walk to the other end with my luggage. Breakfast would have been great however at 8:50 they had no coffee, eggs, sausage, hash browns & 3 biscuits. When I asked if we could get more coffee the attitude of the staff was quite rude and uncaring. After waiting 20 minutes they restocked except for eggs. I was flat out told no they would not be putting anymore out and that’s what I only wanted. Very disappointed by the staff. One lady in particular was complaining when she came out about how she was not happy with her job. I will be calling the manager as well so he can address his staff and make necessary training decisions.
