Wonderful staff every where in the property. Couldn’t be more helpful. Wonderfully clean and very comfortable beds and lounge. There was a lovely,very big area near the check in where you can have meals and relax in lovely lounge chairs.

We were about a 20 minute drive from the French Quarter, a costly Lyft ride. It was the weekend and we arrived last minute and didn’t realise how far away we were from everything we wanted to visit. I believe we were close to the airport but you couldn’t hear any noise from that or roads. Very quiet. Every time the above room opened the door to the veranda it was very loud. It was difficult to open the balcony door.

The only problem we had with check in was the front desk did not see our reservations. We had to show proof of booking confirmation and then they said we should have been given a confirmation number before we got there. We had called previously and no one had said this. After reviewing our print outs and another employee reviewing they gave us confirmation numbers. This delayed our check in

The Customer Service was top tier. The hotel is very clean from the outside and the inside. The area was really nice and peaceful if felt like home away from home if that makes sense but I will definitely rate this property a 10 out of 10 and I will be staying there every trip

There wasn’t anything to dislike. The team at this location is top tier.

The hotel seemed to be completely remodeled and was very fresh looking and clean. The location was great and it was very quiet each of the 3 nights we were there.

After the first night we came back to the room to find it not made up by housekeeping. No big deal. After the 2nd night we asked the front desk to please make up the room. When we got back to the room for our last night it still was not made up, This was the only part of the stay that was not good and very frustrating.

Very friendly staff, especially Cookie and Yessica.. they did a great job of making me feel welcome and the room was spotless and comfortable

Room keys were tricky but I liked being able to use the app

I loved the way the room was set up. The sofa with foot stool was across from the big screen tv which was different and the head of the bed was against the bathroom wall. It allowed us to watch the football games comfortably without sitting in bed. The furnishings were updated and comfortable.

I wish it would have had buffet breakfast area.

What I didn’t like:The steel cut oatmeal was poorly cooked and the portion was way too large. Couldn’t eat it. The toasted bagel was barely toasted and lightly warmed when served. The breakfast menu looked good but it was terrible.

so convenient to where we needed to be near oschners medical center. such clean facilities, and everyone was so friendly and helpful to us.

I like everything about the property

Loved the room. Newly remodeled. The bed and couch were very comfortable and lots of room.

The pool was under construction. It was a couple of hot days. Could have used the pool if it was finished. Wasn't told this on the app. Lots of remodeling going on. Also not on the app That was inconvenient.

The staff were super friendly and helpful while I was there. They gave out good recommendations for food around the city.

Everything was perfect.
