The front desk during the morning and afternoon hours were very polite, and if we needed something, it was taken care of in a timely manner. The rooms were clean as well, and there were no issues, honestly.

I thought we would have a variety of breakfast selections, but it was the same thing each of the 4days. we was there.. but it was okay. The employees who worked in the breakfast area were very nice and polite. And also had no issues with having a conversation with you.

The room was very nice. I liked having a small kitchen with stove top, microwave, dishwasher, and full size refrigerator. Bed was very comfortable. My husband wants a new mattress after sleeping on the bed. Breakfast was nice and had a variety of cold and warm food. It was walking distance to some restaurants. Lobby was nicely decorated as well as the dining area. I would stay here again. Internet worked fine.

I would like a divider between the closet/sink area and the bedroom area. When I wake up early and turn on the lights, they are disturbing my husband's sleep. Also, a slightly larger shower and toilet area would be nice. Additional shelves under the sink, on the other side would have really helped. The safe in the closet could have been a little higher so I could see it better without having to bend over so much.

The property was very nice and clean..The staff was friendly and very accommodating.. We enjoyed our stay..The breakfast was just ok..They only served bacon on 1 day.No pancakes or waffles or biscuit. I loved everything but the breakfast. I would give the breakfast a 4 out of 10..

The elevator was broke the entire time we were there..It was frustration for me..I have knee issues.Only one elevator worked and was not near my room.

We loved the property! The staff were very nice and helpful! They had breakfast n supper for us included with our stay! Both of which were delicious I might add! Our room was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable! We were so close to all the good restaurants the move n literally across the street from a Whole Foods! It made our time in Metairie so nice being so close to everything!

Staff were very nice, professional and accommodating. Shout out to Ryan and Jason for all of their help and getting us checked in smoothly. Hotel was comfortable, clean. Decor is nice. Our room looked like the pictures advertised on the website. Very nice. I will definitely stay there again and again.

Food was not good but edible, coffee was weak and watery. Snack choice was great in the lobby but super expensive.

This is a good hotel to stay when visiting New Orleans. It is located a short drive from the famous Bourbon Street and bars. Therefore, you will not have to worry about the hustle and bustle of French Quarters. Even though you are away from the action, it is still 12 -15 drive from that area, so you will not miss any action. The hotel is located in a very quiet area near several restaurants. The staff at the hotel is very friendly. They also serve a good breakfast. Best of all, there is free parking. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. The rooms have a full kitchen, with cups and plates. Other than that, the room also has a coffee maker and a microwave. This is a good hotel for families and can be recommended to anyone.

The only shortcoming, I found was that the hotel needs a little more maintenance. I found that some of the fittings in the bathroom needs maintenance.

I was pleasantly surprised by almost everything! The biggest positive impression for us was the staff - every one of them was friendly, warm, and eager to help. The breakfast was good, with plenty of food even in the last 15 minutes of serving. The room was comfortable, and the hotel on our floor was quiet. Overall, a really good place to stay when visiting New Orleans - thank you!

Lighting - it was difficult to read in bed, had to use a flashlight. :-) And the beds, for older people such as my mother, were a bit high off the ground. Had trouble with the TV which the staff members were unable to fix - they had to call a service company. (So in general, problems like that should be fixable by people "in house.") And this is the second Hilton hotel in a row in which I have a difficult time connecting with internet. However, the TV did get fixed, and I finally was able to connect to wi-fi, so everything turned out fine.

The stay was great. I enjoyed the shower and bed the most. Also, the side door would jam, but one of the staff members was gracious enough to spend most of his day fixing it even though that was not his assigned job.

If I had any complaints, it would be the laundry room being too small for the amount of guests and the breakfast selection being limited.

We booked a room late Friday night because we still didn’t have power after the hurricane and the check-in process was quick and seamless, even though we checked in with our dog. The room was exceedingly clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and it was very quiet. We would certainly stay again.

The breakfast was a bit cold, though delicious.

The 1st night, the room next door threw a party, music, screaming and yelling, several guess knocking on the door. The manager ask them to be quiet, but they did not until 4am. Thank god they checked out the next day. Also, when housekeeping came to clean the room, they threw away or took it our food that was in the refrigerator.
