While I had never stayed in Midtown, I thoroughly enjoyed it. It's far enough away from the craziness yet close enough that it's only a short drive away. The room was massive. Clean. I loved that I was able to open the window. And I truly appreciate the free parking. Staff was wonderful - very helpful, kind, and professional.

The room was so big with only the beds, side table, tv, and table and chair. It felt empty. Including a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker would make this outstanding and so much more welcoming. Oh, and a rug (nonslip) in the bathroom.

The nightly rate is always ideal.

The deposit hold is high for the quality of the hotel, and I’ve had to call them on multiple occasions to refund it. They seem to “forget” to process the return after checkouts, or at least that’s the situations they have often.

The location is really good. Many things in Carrollton street, just a block away. 30 min RTA from the French Quarter. The rooms weren’t bad either.

The floor was dirty sometimes with many “wet floor” signs but no change. The elevator is a bit too old.

Staff was friendly and very dedicated to meeting our needs. Hotel was clean and smelt great! The rooms were clean and spacious!

The shower required us to run the water for literally half an hour before it began to get warm, and then longer to get hot. Our first night we were Told by the front desk “you can’t run it for 10-15 minutes. Plan to run it for an hour”

The receptionist was very kind on managing me to get an early check-in. The hotel is very clean and room has a lot of space - also the bed is great.

Location is not the best as there is not much nearby. But in a few min ride you can get to most places.

TJ was amazing, great attitude, can hold an enthusiastic conversation, always upbeat.

No in room, small dorm like, refrigerator. Pool guests, rude. Playing vulgar, cussing music around children.

The first one room I was in was kind of sketchy, it was a 2 bed. I paid for a king, so they moved me with no problem! And I had the biggest king room! It was nice.

No breakfast at the facility.

the room was nice. and the beds were comfy. the ac worked amazingly!! i love a cold ac.the staff was really friendly and answered all my questions.

The balcony doors didn't open. There was no micro fridge or microwave in the room. there was only one light and it wasn't even at the desk. I am a writer so extra light would have been nice other than tying up the curtain to use the sunlight. then had to stop writing when it got dark.

Finally, it was great to stay in a hotel/room where everything was totally new and white. Everything has just been renovated, to an extent that some wires and corners are still to be finished and a fridge and pictures to be installed. The pool looks nice, but we didn't get around to using it, because we arrived late. We also didn't see any other people around, which felt a bit funny in such a lively city and such a huge hotel. Price was good, too. TV worked nicely.

There was no fridge, and really nothing extra in the rooms (yet), so it really felt like the room had been interior-designed by a minimalist. Some things around the house look like they need some repairs, but while everything felt quite empty, it also felt like they are still finishing the place. Internet went on and off.

the location is a bit far away if you like to explore the city on foot. however it is right next to the bus line and there are some nice bars ans restaurants in the area.
