Location of the property was great. Everything was within walking distance.

No extra toiletries for when you ran out. Ran out of toilet paper and with females that was not acceptable. For the price paid you would expect a television that at least had local channels. Had to downloads apps and screen cast just to get the tv to work. Everything was handled through email and text with no staff on site. Front desk agent wasn’t helpful at all with people booked with your company. Also $45.00 extra to park a day?? No thank you. There is a lot across the street that is fenced and well lighted that only charges $13 a day and it’s come and go, just leave your ticket in the window. Also had to pay a $20 charge to check in 1 hour early after traveling 5 hrs. Poor customer service. I won’t be booking with you all again.

we booked two bedroom condo and loved it!! the layout was great and there was two full bathroom's. The bed's were comfortable and there were lot's of pillows!! Also plenty of closet space.. The location was great!! 10/15 walk to Bourbon Street and the streetcar pick up was across the street if you wanted to get to the casino or water front and didn't feel like walking

The TV didn't have any channels and when we asked we were told there was Chromecast to stream from our own devices. We couldn't get our device to connect 😞 The dishwasher didn't work and the ice machine on the fridge wasn't the best but honestly there was more great things about this place

Spacious and light. Both bedrooms had en-suites. Fully stocked with everything you needed. Particularly liked the fact that you were able to restock items from the replenishing cupboards. Reasonably priced and was in a great location.

We had a late flight and it would have been convenient to have late checkout beyond what was offered which was 1.00pm to freshen up. There was nowhere other than the toilets in the Reception area. I doubt that all the units in Sonder were booked out. You could keep a couple of rooms available for those who require a late checkout.

The apartment was SOOO spacious. The bedrooms and living areas were spacious and well lit and the beds were large and comfortable. Importantly, the pillows were plentiful and good quality! The apartment had quality appliances and finishes which I really liked. The other hotel guests were also respectful and quiet.

The window shutters are pretty, but they don’t help to block out the outside flood lights in the public car parks surround the building. I was travelling with tech-savvy people who could work out the T.V streaming, but I could understand how others would be confused or put off by this offering.

The location is great, the apartment is really spacious. The bed was huge. The apartment is well furnished (washing machine, coffee maker, drycleaning, etc). The sofa bed was comfortable too. The bathroom is spacious and clean.

The comforter for the sofa was dirty and there was no comforter cover. We asked for one and they gave us a sheet and a blanket quite rapidly. A big issue was the fan in the bedroom that could not be stopped. I asked the staff (with the chat on the app which works really well) and they couldn’t find the issue immediately and never came back to us (despite saying so). We were very cold in the bedroom at night due to this issue.

There was a huge amount of space, probably too much for two people. Huge bed, walk-in wardrobes, a very large separate living space and kitchen that we didn't really use but would benefit other guests. The virtual reception worked really well and also the check-in process of simply having codes to enter simplified the process. The location, being outside the French Quarter, but not too far, was ideal. There is a street car stop right outside that takes you down Canal St to the French Quarter. All-in-all, highly recommend.

My only complaint was the centrally controlled air conditioning in the corridor of the apartment. It was on permanently and was quite loud. The noise was minimal with the bedroom door closed, though.

Nice apartment, comfy beds, handy to trams, downtown, restaurants cafes, bourbon street if that's your buzz! Roof top area and furniture nice space for sunsets. ..

Very noisey... sirens all night, loud cars/bikes revving up Canal street.Pool was very shallow, 3'6-9 very small kiddies pool...4 adults and 2 kids and its full...disappointing and photos deceiving.

large rooms with good facilities ie washing machine, dish washer, dryer. large bath. clean.

there was no duvet covers which was strange - just the duvet itself. the sofa bed was not made on our arrival and had no pillows so had to take them from bedroom. Location is good but if you do not know the area you could get yourself in a dangerous situation. it is not safe to walk around canal street alone at any time. walk around in groups during the day. do not walk around canal at night.

The location was convenient to the public transportation, and we could walk just a few blocks to several restaurants. The mattresses were super comfortable and the bath tubs were great for soaking.

The furniture was cute but could use some adjustments. The couch and chairs were very wobbly, I actually lifted the couch to tighten the legs. The mattresses were super comfortable, but the legs on king bed were loose and the 2 in the middle didn't touch the floor so it made a loud noise when you sat on the bed. The internet wasn't working well so we couldn't really watch anything on the TV most of the time. The pool was way too small for the number of guests staying in the building.
