Liked the free breakfast. Would suggest that the breakfast be changed up a bit so it's not the same eggs every day. It would be nice to have an omelete with cheese one day, scrambled another. Also, the toppings for the cereals, yogurt and oatmeal are great. I would suggest you have plain oatmeal for people that can't have sugar. I am a big fruit person so oranges, apples and bananas would also be great. There were bananas only on 1 of the days that we were there. The Vue states that they have small bites, however when we went upstairs one evening to order something, they said they were just a bar with no food. They advertise on the internet that they have food. Loved Kedrick at the door greeting with a smile each night and opening the door. He was great!

Staff was always friendly and helpful. Room was clean and modern, location was great, close to restaurants, shops etc. Family was able to walk around and feel safe. Took advantage of fitness room which I enjoyed. Rooftop bar area is lovely

Room could use a small area rug to make it feel cozy, also, better lighting, it had a gloomy feel to it all day everyday. However, this could have been due to window facing building next to it OR me just being picky. I didn't do breakfast but according to family members it was a hit or miss deal depending when you got there.

I didn’t wake up in time for breakfast. The location was excellent. It is in walking distance of Bourbon Street and Caesar Superdome (which was my main reason for travel). There are plenty of stores on Canal street and restaurants even if you don’t want to go to Bourbon Street. Staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable enough and I loved the water pressure in the shower. I would definitely stay here again when I come back.

The only thing I didn’t like and this is just a matter of preference were the pillows on the bed….to soft for me.

The gym is one of the best I have found in a hotel and I am an avid gym goer. No rowing machine but otherwise good aerobic, stretching and weight equipment. Clean and well placed near the lovely rooftop patio which is a great place to chill out after a workout. Breakfasts have good variety and lots of seating so convenient for getting the day started. Room was large, clean and well provisioned except no safe which hotels seem usually to have these days. However there was no evidence of any security problem. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also has guest use laundry facility which is great on a longer trip.

Rooms are large but feel a bit spare. Utilitarian but not cozy if that is important to you. Location is a bit removed from the action of the French Quarter so Uber or taxi trips are more likely particularly for those not up to walking a half mile or so though an area with a few street people and other characters. We did walk mostly and had no problems. There are no corner or grocery stores nearby. Street cars go by and are fun to take but not very quick method for getting anywhere.

I enjoyed the free breakfast the views and overall cleanliness.

the parking situation was not ideal. Cars were either parked across the street by valet or cheaper done on your own and has security or public parking next door is available however first night there as we were about to park a truck had their window smashed in. Lots of sketchy people hanging next door in the public parking with no security even though we did not park there it was an issue at night while heading out to our car across the street.

The staff was nice and friendly and willing to help with any needs I needed from the valet parking guy warning about the parking and give the information about correct parking to the night shift guy I believe his name was Mike go over thr top with explaining every to the very nice lady when we checked out over extended her help with anything inside and outside of the hotel..... the stay was wonderful. I would book again.

The only thing I didn't like was there was no pool.....

The customer service is top tier! The staff is so friendly making sure all the guests felt welcomed, walking around and greeting everyone during breakfast (which was included and was very tasty) they even kept our bags after we checked out so we could explore the city some more before our flight. I will definitely be staying here again!

Everything was great! Even though they didn’t have automatic doors in the front they do have a person at the door to help take your stuff up to your room

We liked the hotel a lot, the facilities are new and fresh, everything was pretty clean and in good condition. Beds were spacious, room was in good order. Breakfast was good (solid continental breakfast - eggs, yogurt, bananas, juices, cereal, coffee/tea, muffins, pastry). Private secure parking about 3-4 minute walk away, paid separately and can be charged to room.

- The A/C vent is right above one of the beds, and blows right into your face if you're on the bed. Redirecting the vent blades doesn't help much. You can easily can get your face frozen if it keeps blowing for 8-hours during the whole night. Make sure you cover your face with a blanket, or turn of the A/C at some point. - The bathroom door: when you close it from the inside, there's a pinch point where you fingers get smashed between the door handle and door post.

Quiet, fulfilling breakfast, the staff was truly friendly, helpful and made us feel comfortable. The bartenders were friendly and great at making our drinks, the Hurricane was delicious! Nia was an exceptional staff member, she made sure we had information before we ventured out and greeted us in a friendly manner. We liked when we needed something fixed ie the toilet seat it was fixed quickly. The computer tech, Derrick (I hope that's his name) was patient in helping my husband connect to WI-FI, he was also friendly and professional. This was a nice hotel to stay at especially with the street car line across the street. We liked the Sky Bar and the view of the city.

The side of the bed closest to the window was squeaky whenever my husband got out or in bed. The Air Conditioner would not keep the room cool. The inside shower handle was loose and the lights next to the right side of the bed didn't workbut it was quickly fixed when we reported the problems.

The location and environment of the hotel were perfect, and very easy to access.

Payment issues were a bit challenging, especially for people coming from other countries. The hotel could organize many ways for the guests to pay, either by card or cash, but not strictly by card payment.
