Very clean, rooms were very nice, breakfast was great, staff friendly.

That we got there at 2pm and they charged us an extra $50+ to check-in early. Our room was ready so why charge an extra fee to check-in? That’s ridiculous!

Airport bus 202 stops right outside the hotel while the bus stop going back to airport was just right across the street. The tram stop for bus 49, which goes to the French market, is close by. Breakfast has many choices. Although the pancake maker was not working when we stayed, there were other options available. Just an 8 minute walk to Canal and Bourbon Streets. Although walking to Canal St. via Common St., where most of the other hotels are, might feel safer especially at night. Staff at the reception desk were very helpful. The hotel also provides free luggage storage.

There were water canisters available at the lobby but did not seem to be filled up regularly.

It was comfortable for the three of us. Walking distance for food and entertainment. Each of us had our rooms and bathrooms.

The shower needs to be fully enclosed with sliding doors. Rooms need to be cooler. No free parking.

location overall was good. Close to everything and mostly quiet. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was typical. Bed was comfortable and no problem with hot water! Rooftop deck was nice. Cookies in the afternoons were yummy! RTA stop right outside front door and close to Canal St Streetcar. We used a jazzy pass to go anywhere we didn't want to walk. Felt secure as a keycard was needed to get into the hotel and to use the elevator.

Although the room was clean, there were some cosmetic things that needed attention - toilet seat was loose, faucet in kitchen was loose and tub stopper didn't work. Addressed these at checkout as they were not things that affected our stay much.

Very friendly and courteous staff, spacious suites with modern interior at a great location. As a young family with a toddler we appreciate the extra space and low noise level.

Breakfast was good, but sometimes ran out of items during higher demand (e.g. bus groups) and took some time to refill.

The staff was very friendly. The size of the room was nice. We flew in and used Uber when needed to get around instead of renting a car(mainly to and from the airport). The location was close enough walking distance to Canal St, bourbon street and the French quarters if you plan to walk wherever you want to go. The city trolley stop was located right outside the hotel for further transportation. I think it's $1.25 per person one way.

I usually bring my own Lysol spray and wipes and wished I would have this time. The bathroom could've been cleaner. Residue left on the countertop and in the corners and the bathtub had residue as well. The shower door doesn't cover the entire shower so water stayed on the front end of the tub which left residue towards the back of it. We didn't have daily room service so we did have to ask for towels as needed but that was ok.

The staff (at check in desk) was very helpful and accommodating as much as possible. The location was within walking distance to our venue and the French Quarter.

I did not like the extra charge to check in early. We arrived early, our room was ready but they were going to charge us to check in. We had to drive around the city for an hour and a half before we could check in. Parking was an extra charge.

All of the Staff was very helpful and I note that the front desk worker on my arrival the night of August 3rd, although sick, never displayed yet rendered.excellent service in a very friendly manner. Most Importantly, the manager Ms.Annie Hall went beyond the call of duty in her service of ensuring that concern and certain purchase stock that ran out was replaced immediately......I Take This Opportunity To Say Thanks A Million. I have stayed at numerous hotels in the past years in New Orleans for work, conferences etc but this was the first time in 39 years that I have ever had a Home Away From Home Experience. VERY MUCH ENJOYED

HAVING TO LEAVE

Don't believe the negative comments. We were very apprehensive about coming here, but we were pleasantly surprised. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. And It was quiet (room 813). The staff were friendly,the breakfast was ample and set you up for the day. The street car and busses were just outside, but it was only a 10 minute walk to the French quarter. The bus to the airport was just across the road (202). Yes, there are homeless people on the street, but they didn't bother us. We felt quite safe walking around. The Main Police station is opposite.

Nothing it was fine.

Our room was huge, bed was comfortable, lots of wardrobe and drawer space. Breakfast was very good for a hotel in this price range. A new hot dish choice every morning, not just the same everyday. The bus from the airport stops directly in front of the hotel and the street car is a 30 second walk away. Bourbon st is a 15 min walk. On-site guest laundry (although double the price of elsewhere) was a huge bonus to us just off an 11 night cruise. If you’re in New Orleans for a few nights, download the Le Pass app and get the very great value RTA jazzy card for public transport. $8 for 3 days. Bus, Train, ferry, streetcars. Uber wanted $50 each way for the airport.

I’m getting a little sick of hotels in America who claim they are being environmentally responsible by not cleaning your room everyday BUT all eating utensils at breakfast are disposable. Everything was plastic or wax coated paper. I’ve just spent 8 months travelling UK, Europe etc and no disposable eating ware was used in hotels.
