The location is great, close enough to the French Quarter, so you can go everywhere walking, but far enough so is quiet.

Check in is too late, 4 pm, if you need an early check in is $20, and only at 2pm.

Mostly everything about the place just a few issues the security made me feel safe and helped us find our room which was great! For the price it’s a great stay It’s nice the kitchen was lovely and the beds so soft 9/10 highly recommended!

There wasn’t no direction, it says there a 24 hour gym but I couldn’t find it! The connected parking deck is horrible I was terrified to park my car in it! So my whole party had to lug all or belongings up to our room because there was no carts or any kinda help! The vending machines didn’t work and the pool is nice but more like the size of a hot tube! Just small things! As well as the dishwasher in our apartment stunk an didn’t work! But that’s fine we hand washed dishes! Would have loved to have a connected door to the 2 apartments but still loved our stay!!!!!!

Excellent location (one block off Canal & Dauphine). Spacious and clean room, decent little rooftop pool area (but unfortunately no shade).

Kind of a hassle getting little things addressed. For example it took 2-3 days and 3 or 4 follow ups to just get a working remote control. Skimpy on the amenities, i.e., I’m accustomed to soap being provided at every sink. And for some reason someone kept pulling the fire alarm. These are minor inconveniences (although I should note the TV is inoperable without a remote), so I would consider staying again…if the price is right.

I won't mince words here: this is by far the nicest apartment I've stayed at on a vacation. Granted I don't get out much but I was truly impressed by the size of the unit and all the facilities. Washer dryer, dishwasher, spacious closet, great bed. Location was perfect for me, not right in the craziness but also close to walk to everything. The rooftop pool is next level. I really love everything about it.

My only real complaint is the water pressure in the shower was very weak, this might be fixed by installing a shower head with different settings. Also it said there was free coffee on the roof but everytime I tried to access it it didn't seem to be working. However maybe I didn't do it correctly. And 1 last thing, there is a church across the street that rings the church bells what seems like every 30 minutes until night. It did wake me several times but that's not the apartment's fault, just something to be aware of. If noises like that distract you I'd bring ear plugs.

Size of our room was amazing. Location is great and felt safe. Rooftop pool was awesome. Made great use of the kitchen which was well equipped. Honestly a fantastic room. Great communication from host.

The water heater needed its internal breaker to be reset twice. This might be due to it being a little undersized compared the the bath tub size, which we filled, then ran out of hot water, and found the hot water tank breaker had tripped. Sofa cushion zipper needs fixing, which lead to a bit of cushion fluff eventually dispersing everywhere... No major issues though.

Location, apartment layout, separate bed and bath for each couple, spacious, washer/dryer, being able to check out late on one unit.

We had two units. In the two bed unit the clothes dryer was sweaky so we used the dryer in the other unit. In the one bed unit the dishwasher had no power so we used the dishwasher in the other unit (this was messaged to the maintenance person on day 2 but we didn’t hear back). In the one bed unit the shower head was like a pistol, ‘worst shower I’ve been in’ said my partner. I didn’t see the shower heads in the two bed unit.

I loved the apartment. Prettier than the photo. Will be booking again. Very quiet. The security officer was amazing. Made us feel very welcoming. And was very professional. Customer service TOP Tier.

There was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived. The next morning I called and requested more toilet paper because we were low. They told me it’s a 24 hour turnaround time. By the time we left on the fourth day, still no one bought us toilet paper. Thank God I read the reviews that said “it take them forever to come” so I went and purchased some.

The location was perfect, a 5 min walk to Bourbon Street and the french quarters but far enough to get away from the noise. The 1 bed apartment was big, with a bedroom and comfortable king sized bed and a big sitting area with a fully equipped kitchenette.

Parking was a problem, we were lucky that we arrived on a Saturday evening when streetparking is free which meant we could park on the street just outside the hotel. During the week though parking in a garage is very expensive, however you can park your car in certain sidestreets in the garden district and get the streetcar back to the hotel.

The location was great, 5 minutes walk from Bourbon street and a few minutes walk from canal street. The street cars were also close by. onsite security 24/7, which felt safe always. I loved it had all the facilities, such as dining, tea, coffee maker etc. It felt like a home away from home. If I ever come back to New Orleans, I would stay here again only.

The air con came on at random times in the room, and no instructions how to regulate it.

I ended up loving this appartment. I initially was thinking its a 3.5 to 4 star review but by the end i was loving the appartment and both me and my son said we would definitely stay at the appartmemt again, hence it deserved a 5 star... This apartment is a great location. Was able to walk to most attractions or get the streetcars which I would highly recommend! The appartment was a stone throw from the main sights in the French Quarter like Bourbon Street. It was also a big appartment with both double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (so was very pleased I didnt need to share a bathroom with son!! That was a pleasant bonus as wasnt expecting that!) and there was an additional separate bathroom. There is a sofa bed too if you have guests. The appartment was clean with crisp white sheets and towels and hardwood flooring! Good size kitchen and living area. Was really nice after a full day out sightseeing to come back to a homely environment rather than a tiny hotel room! The other great thing about the appartment, was the service. Super helpful and very responsive to all my needs.

The appartment was a little tired looking but clean. . There is no housekeeping per se. You need to email through your needs, but if you do this before 4pm you can get help the same day, after 4pm it's the next day but I found them super responsive but not quite the hands on hotel experience. It's in-between an air B+B and a hotel, so best of both worlds really!
