The location was excellent for us as we like to walk and explore the city. It's in walking distance to the party street Brouben Street and the River walk. There is heaps of nice little Restaurants nearby. They have a guest laundry and vending machine on the 12th and 18th floor. Your room gets serviced everyday and nothing is a problem fir the staff.

Location location location. You can walk to anywhere from this hotel. Staffs very nice and helpful. Breakfast was so good. It wasn’t free but it’s worth the cost.

Paying to park. If you are staying multiple days make sure you plan ahead to accommodate parking.

I enjoyed the friendliness of the front desk staff, they made our check-in smooth and effortless. The front desk staff was very courteous and pleasant.

I was not too fond of the housekeeping staff. It took them a long time to bring the things we requested. The Keurig was not working we had to get a replacement and they just handed it to us like we knew how to work it , instead of them hooking it up and making sure it worked. We left a DND hanger on our door and when we returned to the hotel the beds were made up and the room was replenished, While we appreciate the gesture, we did not want anyone to enter our room while we were away.

I had read several rating before booking this room and wasn’t sure whether I would be disappointed or not. I was in a time crunch for a room and decided to book the room and take my chances. I was in no way disappointed. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was delicious, the restaurant across the street served hot pho soup, the room was very cool and spacious and my husband and I heard no noise at night other than the occasional guest walking up and down the hallway. It was worth every penny!!!!!!

The restaurant in the lobby didn’t open until 5:00. 😃. I wish it would have opened for lunch but I may have missed it. Not sure.

Location was within walking distance to Bourbon St. Price was reasonable, room was clean and bed comfortable.

Pillows, and lighting in bathroom. Would be nice to have a makeup mirror. Parking was way overpriced at $45 per night after taxes. They charge $25 per night if you are not staying at the hotel. Should be the other way around.

Christopher's wife, Debbie, is writing this review....The room was very nice and we loved the view. The welcome with my name on the TV was sweet. I VERY much appreciate that you provide a safe place for smokers to go. Many do not we will be back for that reason.

Your check in process is on of the most painful we've seen. We have stayed with you twice recently and both times there were issues with check in and it took a ridicules amount of time. And you always have just one guy at the counter. The other thing is something that is notorious with hotels....the lighting in the bathroom is ALWAYS too low. There is no way a lady can apply make up in that lighting. Fortunately I could get ready in the big window.

The location was good. Plenty of places to eat and not far from Bourbon St and Superdome

Maid service came in room and removed trash and used towels. Maid service also didn't make bed nor replace towels.

Comfortable bed, clean room, easy access to the attractions and the transport. Friendly staff.

The people in the adjoining room were using weed smoking. I was getting passive smoking and very uncomfortable. Luckily these people only moved in one day before my checking out. It would be great if there was a kettle to heat water to make some tea. I had to use the microwave. I had to go to the reception area each time to get water to drink.

On here it say $50 deposit all together when I got there they charged me $50 a night

The hotel is very well situated right next to Canal Street and the French Quarter. The hotel can be reached from the airport by an airport shuttle (we took a taxi which brought us there in approx. 20 minutes). The stops of several streetcars are very close by (only a few minutes on foot). We mostly walked around on foot to the French Quarter and could visit all attractions there easily on foot. The hotel is very calm and quiet, our room was quite beautiful and comfortable and very clean. One evening we ordered dinner with the room service and the food was very good and delivered swiftly, the price was also quite okay. We did not get to try the rooftop swimming pool but the view from the rooftop was spectacular and the terrace was inviting. The pool was a bit small but I guess it is sufficient for a refreshing dip on a hot day. The fitness room also looked nice, it is accessible around the clock. We had breakfast at the hotel every day and enjoyed it quite a lot. Compared to other American breakfasts, the choice was very varied (for us Europeans ;-)), you could order pancakes and omlets, there was fresh fruit every day and the coffee was also quite good. The staff at the breakfast service was outstandingly nice and friendly, we had a nice and welcoming chat every morning and received quite a few good tips for our stay in New Orleans. We were quite sad to say goodbye on our last day. The reception staff was equally kind and helpful. The hotel also has a small shop where you can buy snacks and microwaveable food (there is a microwave in the rooms). All in all we felt very well cared for during our stay, we definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in New Orleans. I hope I can come back some day.
