I recently stayed at the AC Hotel New Orleans French Quarter and was impressed with both the comfort and convenience it offered. The king-size bedroom was clean and modern, featuring no carpet, which gave the room a fresh, sleek feel. The bed was comfortable, perfect after long days exploring the city. Good TV choices. The room included a small fridge and complimentary bottled water, which were thoughtful touches. The bathroom was cozy including a rain shower and a separate hand-held option. While the lighting in the room was a bit limited, it didn’t detract too much from the overall experience. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Location-wise, the hotel is in a prime spot: just a few minutes’ walk to the heart of the French Quarter, 5–10 minutes from the casino, and about a 15–20 minute walk to the Convention Center and Superdome. There’s also no shortage of food and drink options nearby, from quick bites to sit-down spots. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and didn't experience the negatives I saw in other reviews.

Poor lighting and tight bathroom

The outdoor space could have been a bit cleaner. And cleaning staff was very loud and could be heard in the halls at all hours

Great price! Easy access to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. We would have had to walk a little bit longer to get to the market, but not too much further. The breakfast was not a traditional breakfast but I enjoyed it very much. It’s not free but on Booking I was able to add breakfast for $20 and we got our monies worth. Plus you’re not going to find a meal for 2 under $20. Valet was pricy ($50) but I think parking in the parking garage would have cost the same amount so we just went for it. And it made life much easier.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. The rooms were small but can’t change that and most of our time wasn’t spent in the room. My husband did try to go get a beer at the bar when we first arrived and there was no bartender. I took it as a sign that he was gonna get plenty of opportunities to drink once we left the hotel. 😆

Nice hotel with a great location but not really friendly or oriented to customer needs

A family of 3 adults stayed for 3 nights in a room for 4. First night no tapestry towel, second night no third towel. We called to front desk and they said they will be sending the towel but it didn’t happen. Third night towels OK but one of the dirty ones was on the floor making feel the room wasn’t cleaned.

The Front Desk and Concierge (valet) staff were amazing! The each had a friendly positive attitude upon any point of contact. It was far beyond my expectation. They went above ans beyond to ensure my comfort and support of any request. In addition is the location. I didn't realize the hotel was so close to the FQ tourist attraction AND along the path of the trolley. The location is truly a bonus. I walked to almost everywhere. Thank you each for a great stay. I look forward to starting at this hotel again!!

I only didn't like that the 1st room I was assigned completely smelt like smoke, which was immediately resolved and that I totally got 'lost' in the hotel. Lol The layout definitely has its twist and turns. And a pool. IDK is pools are a thing in N.O. but the terrace and lobby lounge is a pleasant treat for relaxing with a glass of wine.

Location was brilliant Drop of luggage and you can use pre booked parking in the Hilton hotel that is 50meter away we use spothero really good Staff all great although were busy

Breakfast was good but we did not have it included so Biegnets and coffee are very local and only a few $¥

The location of this hotel was perfect, it was very clean and the rooms/bed was confortably. We would deffinately stay here again.

I am a bit confused looking back at some of the previous reviews. I dont understand why all the bad reviews. For the money paid the hotel was 'perfect' for our needs.

The staff was very kind and helpful. This was 1st time in NOLA & I had the time of my life there. What a beautiful place of art, music, TALENT and culture. The location is perfect it’s a block away from BOURBON ST. so that was perfect.

They should think about adding a mini pool in the outdoor lounge area. Something 3ft would be great.

We were in town for a cruise and decided to stay one more night in NOLA after returning. AC Hotel were very accommodating for an early check-in. The staff was very helpful upon arrival and gave helpful information on laundry services that were available free of charge. The location was great for tourists and direct access to Canal and Bourbon St. We will definitely return to this location when in town again. Thanks for a great experience!

I don’t like the expensive valet parking costs and self parking is always too far.

A+ location, location, location... very near so many places to visit. A+ room very clean and everything worked

Parking rates and options... Booking needs to say up front parking is $47 a night and street parking is an effort to find. Conflicting billing and Marriott's we are the final arbiter of price .. $450 per night on Booking.com hotel invoice says $179 per night before tax ... lacked a microwave which is always nice Hotel Lobby not cleaned Saturday night from 11pm to 745am Sunday when I left for mass. Champagne bottle, cups on table Being diabetic I would have appreciated some creamer alternative... what they had was very good just not low in sugar Oh, on the 5th floor flight of stairs had a loose rubber guard and it was pulled away from the carpet as I walked to my daughter's room. A definite hazard... unmarked but I can't say how long it has been that way.
