Great location - close to everything, but not in the middle of it, quiet, but walkable to all the action. Really nice room - large, great kitchen, everything you need is there and impeccably clean, cooking essentials etc. We had a one bedroom, and it was huge. The bathroom is on the smaller side, but that's OK. Friendly front desk - all the people we interacted with were incredibly helpful and pleasant to deal with. We got a special rate because of the construction and it was an amazing deal and value for money, especially given that there was no construction happening at that time yet, lucky for us. If the construction was happening, that could have been an issue during the day with noise because the windows are old and thin, not sound insulated.

The shower only had a glass half way, so it constantly spilled on the floor and there was nowhere to dry the wet towels. Not a huge deal, but unpleasant.

The room was really clean. The noise level was none. Valet service was excellent and convenient. It was a really great location. Just blocks away from Canal and restaurants are literally right outside the front door. Best city experience yet. I really like this location. Everyone on the staff and passersby made my daughter feel so good! Congratulations abounded and she ate it up. Thank you.

A few cons. Pool was not clean. No FULL LENGTH MIRRORS in suites. We are short and could only see from the shoulders up. Everybody was great. Valet service was more than excellent. I can't say enough about how well they did. Imagine not having to find parking in the French Quarter. I didn't mind paying for valet parking because the room rates were so affordable.

When we arrived at the property around 9:30 PM, we were told that Booking.com lied about what room we would be staying in. Brandon, the night manager explained that we should not have booked through Booking.com and then it was our fault that we were downgraded to a smaller unit than what we arranged and paid for. He refused to do anything about it. The next morning Jessica the day manager, apologize for Brandon‘s behavior and move us into the rooms that we were promised. The night before Brandon said they were no rooms like the ones we had arranged available, so he lied.

Location and staff: 10 out of 10. Valet parking is incredibly convenient, especially given the downtown location. The staff were attentive and welcoming—I can't say enough good things about their kindness and courtesy. The room space and amenities were also great.

Issues with room maintenance: Ants were present in the room, and there was a significant dishwasher leak. Unsolicited time-share presentation: It is unclear how we were designated as "VIP members" or persuaded to attend. The experience was extremely pushy and a waste of time, and the presentation staff continuously disregarded our refusals and the apparent looks on our faces. It was all very much "used car salesman," especially the attempted hook at the end. Misleading information: Claims of exclusive member-only access to the hotel are false. All IHG properties are available through various booking platforms, both direct and third-party. Advice: Research thoroughly before committing to any offers!

I loved everything about this resort! Where do I begin. Tony and Ms. Sue, the valet staff, went above and beyond their required duties, providing useful tips of information that helped us out. The pool was small, but my kids swam 4 or 5x and loved it. I even worked out and did a load of laundry for free!. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed. AC was cold! Beds were sooo comfortable. They give you bracelet keycards which we loved. Check-in was a breeze. We parked right in front of the stairs to the entry doors. Checked in, unloaded the car, passed our keys off to the valet, and went up into our room. Location location location It was a superb location. One street over and you are on Bourbon street. Daisy duke's sells 2 for 1 drinks, 1 minute walk from the hotel. The streetcar trolly was one block away.

Location was superb. Plenty of shops and restaurants just outside the property. Bourbon Street was a couple of minutes away on foot. Apartment was well-equipped and comfortable. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

Attempts to get us to sit through a time-share sales pitch in return for discounted excursion tickets were unwelcome. They tried during check-in (after a 10 hour flight we really didn’t need that), and they phoned the room some days later to try again. Read the room, guys. Not wanted. View from room was basically the wall of the neighbouring building. I’m sure some rooms had far better views, though. Outside noise in the early hours from a warehouse (?) next door was annoying. Internal hotel sound proofing was excellent, though.

Location was great. Very spacious and clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Hard to know where to put your car for check in.

Great 1-bedroom suite with amazing view. Excellent location, walking distance to many key NOLA attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice full kitchen and living room with sofa bed for the snoring spouse to sleep on.

Pullout couch wasn't very comfortable to sleep on. Check out time was 10am which was not communicated very well. We assumed 11am, like every other hotel I've ever stayed at. So that should have been communicated better.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Mrs. Sue! Beds were comfortable. In general the facility was very clean including public washrooms, stairwell and workout room. After a week, we asked for a brighter room and Jessica made it happen for us! Appreciated access to filtered water in the lobby and access to laundry facility. Good location.

Dark one bedroom suite for 1rst week of stay. No natural light. Suites could use a kettle and egg flipper.

Front desk attendant had trouble finding our reservation at check in. The reservation was listed on the paper check in sheet, but she initially said we didn't have a reservation. That caused a bit of an unfriendly feeling for our family of 5. The bell hop came over and helped by reviewing the form and finding the reservation
