Location was good, close to restaurants and Bourbon Street. Room was clean and suited our needs.

I requested an early check-in and was told it was possible. I arrived at 11:00 and was told the room wasn't ready, check back at 2:00. I checked back at 2:00 and was "advised" that check-in is at 4:00. If early check-in was not possible, it would be nice to let me know upfront instead of having me wait in the lobby all day thinking it was possible, then having an attitude when I asked after being told to ask at 2:00.

I absolutely loved the location... walking distance to most attractions. Keefah, the bartender, was amazing 👏🏼!!! The entire staff from the front desk to valet were amazing!!!!

That the streetcar in front of the hotel was not in service. The night before we checked out I heard the streetcar running, 😆 🤣. So it's back in service!!!

The room was very nice. When we reported the refrigerator was not functioning it was replaced. The staff was excellent and we were able to access the room 4 hours early.

The breakfast which we paid extra for was not that good, and the variety was very limited, only two dishes. I wouldn’t recommend getting this.

Location, Friendly staff(Tiffany) at the front desk was very nice and friendly in person and over the phone. John was there at the door to greet and welcome us. He was very nice and friendly. Because of them and the hotel itself, I would be back. Housekeeping was on point also. We asked about an iron and told them it was fine. we could do without it. The next thing I knew, she was at the door with an iron

I did have breakfast there once and it was pleasantly good. I appreciate the renovations. You’ve been working on and I hope you realize they’re far from complete very pleasant staff however.

In return for a bargain wage, I had an inside room which I don’t expect from a downtown hotel. It was weird and offputting, but not bad.

I went for 4 nights during Mardi Gras; the hotel was beautiful and clean and extremely quiet the entire time. It was competitively priced for being very central during this huge event.

My one complaint is I would have loved a light free breakfast for the price (including taxes and fees, $300+ per night); they had an amazing looking breakfast for $20+ apiece. Guess that isn't going to happen during Mardi Gras.

Buildig was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was good but to walk in the evening/night very low comfort zone.

Pet friendly clarification - When a hotel/motel says pet friendly,it should not be just that they accept pets but that there is a decent place for pets to walk and relieve themselves while on a leash. This was our first time traveling with a pet and most place were lacking in the outdoor space for pets.

The room was very very comfortable. I had a great night sleep and the shower was AMAZING! I didn’t want to get out, but sadly I had to catch my return flight home. My next time to New Orleans will definitely feature another reservation at this hotel.

I honestly can’t think of any improvements or anything that would’ve made this stay better. Many attractions and food options close by (in walking distance) which was very convenient. We had a great time!

As a hotel guest I was not expecting to have to pay 5 dollars for coffee every morning... I tried the coffee in the room and it was a complete mess, so went down for the complimentary coffee every hotel I've ever stayed at has... and was charged almost 5 dollars and was 5 dollars with small tip .... geez

Staff was amazing, location was nice, design was lovely

On arrival the 4th floor had a wet dog smell . The emergency sprinklers in the room were covered in a think grayish brown dust. The room was also much smaller than anticipated
