This was my second time staying at this property. Location is perfect. Near plenty of food options and very close to all the action on Bourbon and Canal. Staff was nice and helpful. Only downside was there was no fridge in the room. Overall a good experience. Will book again.

There was no fridge in the room so I had to keep that in mind for the food and drinks I purchased throughout my stay. Small inconvenience but I do believe there are fridges in other rooms at the property.

Loved the location and the staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and organized.

The rooms aren't very soundproof so heard our neighbors all night. Also it would be nice to have had somewhere to lounge outside on a sunny day.

had to take two elevators for the deluxe room, the room wasn't that much of deluxe, small drawers for clothes that can suit only one person. the ac was old making noises and smelly

Service was excellent, staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious, aircon was perfect, lots of room for our luggage and stuff. Bathroom was spacious, lots of room for our toiletries. Beds were comfy, linen was lovely. Great little touches of tissues and makeup wipes. Location was great, easy access to the bus stops to go to Jazz Fest. Felt safe walking around, though we weren't out past 10pm. Odd but I liked the hustle and bustle of the foyer, gave a good warm and welcoming vibe.

It was so convenient. We could walk everywhere. The restaurant was great, my son loved the pool, the rooms were comfy, and clean. But five stars to your staff. They were so friendly and helpful. From pull in to leaving. When we come back we will definitely stay here again.

The indoor pool was really cold. But my son liked it so yay. The stopper was broken in the bathroom tub but the shower was nice and hot. The main complaint is there was no mini fridge for leftovers or microwave to heat them up. Even in the motels I have stayed at had this. A lass the giant portions I got at the great restraints had to go to waist.

French Quarter and Canal St. location near sights, transportation, shopping and food. The high floor room had a nice unobstructed city view towards the north which offset having to switch elevators once to get there. Mr. Ed's the adjoining restaurant had good food, reasonable prices, and nice atmosphere and opened earlier than most places nearby. Pool was nice for swimming for exercise. Comfortable bed and pillows. In-room coffee maker and mini refrigerator were convenient. Air conditioning was reasonably quiet, easy to set, and worked well. Plenty of drawers and hangers for clothes and other belongings. TV remote was easy to use and sufficient channels were available.

The block near the hotel entrance is a little run down and the sidewalk is very narrow and has some deep potholes. But once you walk one block from there towards the French Quarter, Royal St. becomes really nice. The ice machine was directly outside the room and could be heard from inside the hotel room.

The location was just perfect! Walking distance to so many attractions! But just in Royal street you could easily spend a day! The paid valet parking was a huge plus for us as we didn’t plan on driving around, so we knew our vehicle was in a safe place. The staff were absolutely amazing, so kind and extremely helpful if we had any questions. And they were readily available to offer suggestions. Our room was clean and the beds were super comfy, we actually slept very well. And we had an amazing view from our room window. The restaurant that is attached to the hotel is delicious! We had a phenomenal breakfast there and also the grilled oysters were spot on!

We were pleased with every aspect of our stay here.

Location was superb, just off Bourbon Street. Room was very clean with 2 queen beds, could not fault the room and this was a relief given a few reviews I had read. Bed very comfortable. we were on the 19th floor so no street noise even though we were in the heart of things.Couldn't fault the hotel, although we didn't use the pool etc it looked very nice.

Not a big problem but the lift from reception/lobby only went as far as the 18th floor and we had to get out and change to go to the 19th. Lifts were quick though so no big issue, no lounge, bar or restrooms in the hotel communal areas but Ed's (bar/restaurant) i believe belongs to the hotel, is accessed from the lobby and all facilities were within here
