The first night was unexpected but the front desk clerk solved the problem in a very timely manner and was very professional

The initial room I was given was unstable and not clean but as I stated the front desk clerk resolved the issue instantly

Location is great, the building is well-maintained, pool and hot tub available, and great food and music within steps.

High time to replace the mattresses in room 219. They’re in horrible condition. The middle of the mattress is at least 4-5 inches lower than the sides of the mattress - bad shape for even a hotel mattress. I’d imagine it’s no less than 12-15 years old. Made sleeping highly uncomfortable. The shower pressure is also way too high and made showering unenjoyable and messy. Lastly, more than one of the towels had hair on them when we first picked them up to use them. The cleaning could be a lot better.

The location doesn't get any better, everything is on your doorstep with great cafes, bars, restaurants only a few-minute walk. The room was really big and despite being in the French Quarter, a very lively neighbourhood it was quiet. I didn't even need my earplugs at night and we had great sleep. The kitchenette is a great plus in case you don't want to go out for breakfast or just want to store things in the fridge. It might not be the most luxurious place but it has a great sense of place and atmosphere. I loved the little extras in the hotel like the Sunday breakfast when everyone came together in the courtyard or the free walking tour which was probably the best walking tour we did during our stay. the guide was exceptional. The staff is super helpful and they can give information on excirsions, restuarants, etc. We loved our stay here and I would definitely come back again.

Wonderful location, just in the middle of the French Quarter, quite close to Canal Street, just beside a great and traditional jazz club, Mahogany! Nice staff. Well-equipped and large accommodations.

Sometimes I asked for the garbage to be taken out of the room and this didn't happen as efficiently as it could. This was the only isue I thought it could be better

We had to be moved because of mice in the room. And the new room that was smaller had no washing machine or tumble dryer as booked. As we were travelling light. The clothes washing facilities we important

People smoking and talking very loudly in small court yard in the middle. This is at 2am in morning. Smokers occupied all the tables we could just sit out there.

The property is nice, and I had a good stay. My only complaint is regarding the towel exchange and room service. I understand your policy requires requests for service to be made either the night before or by 3 PM the day of. I followed this and requested a towel exchange, trash removal, and room vacuuming — but none of it was done until the third day. Additionally, when housekeeping did come, they only exchanged towels in one of the two bathrooms. I had to return to the front desk to request more towels. However, the employee claimed she had completed a full towel exchange.

Great location near all of the well known tourist spots. The balcony that we could sit out on and people watch made this place great. Several awesome, happy staff members added to the atmosphere. The room was huge with a separate bedroom, living area, along with a well equipped kitchen.

My biggest complaint was the linens. They were thin and uncomfortable. The bed itself is probably in need of replacement too. However, if these are the biggest issues, I would happily stay here again. Also, having the balcony meant we were able to hear the party all night (and early morning). It didn't bother me because it is pretty constant noise and the party is what we were there for.

The location is amazing, very easy to get in and out of the French Quarter. The rooms are quirky but fun (the hallway gets confusing but its like 4 buildings) and the pool/lounge area is perfect for a small hangout time before hitting the town

Great location right off of Canal St on Chartres which made for a perfect walking distance spot to all the great things to do in the French Quarter and a short walk to the Superdome & the WWII Museum during our stay (~15-20 min walk). Also, it was just a few doors down from Mahogany Jazz Hall that showcased local artists and great craft cocktails! Even with it being right in the heart of the city, it was surprisingly quiet in the hotel room (which was more of a 1 bedroom apartment with ample space!). The room was perfect for uninterrupted sleep, especially for those that usually opt for complete darkness while they sleep 😴. A light breakfast and a complimentary walking tour of the French Quarter were offered for one of the days, but we did not have a chance to add it into our jam packed schedule while we were in town for the Saints game. The staff was great during the check in process and at check out (10am), held onto our luggage in their storage while we explored the shops on our final day before our 5pm flight. Overall, great stay! I would definitely book this hotel (really more of a 1 bedroom apartment) again for future NOLA visits!

If you're looking for continental breakfast, they do not have daily breakfast offered (just 1 day a week), but there are a TON of places for fantastic meals on the same block 🙂, including a French Truck Coffee location. Also, I feel like it's done to protect guests' privacy, but daily room service was not done automatically (which we were totally good with), but they did offer it upon request 🙂.
