Everything went well. Our suite was ready when we arrived. All of the staff was very friendly with the exception of front desk check in. The room were very clean with an amazing view also the location is perfect for sightseeing. The concierge was excellent and very social with us and super nice. The M-club exceeded our expectations plus that entire staff there was amazing and the food was very delicious.

The front desk check in clerk seemed a little impatience when I asked questions about the hotel. This was our first time visiting this hotel and I feel sometimes the staff forget this is a new experience for a lot of visitors

The convinent location walking distance to majority of the activities and restaurants. This was awesome since it was during Mardi Gras.

Experience poor customer service in the main area bar/lounge. We waited longer than normal to get served and one employee stated another would come take our order but no one came. I literally had to ask to be served from management whom tried to accommodate us as well as apologize for the laziness of another staff person. It probably wouldn't have had such a big deal but it was my friend birthday. We eventually made the best of it. Thanks for complimentary slice bday cake.

From the time we checked in to leaving, we had a great time. The room was expectedly nice, clean, and comfortable. Checking in, Cari, her trainess, and her boss were so sweet and friendly! This was our first trip to NOLA so they offered us a room with a good view of the French Quarter.

The shower, at times, had low water pressure. I wasn't a fan of the extras that were built-in to the price of my stay ($25/day for meals, joieful experiences, etc.) - I would have rather paid less and decided if I wanted the other options.

Parking included in our room cost. We were on 38 floor. Safe, secure parking with valet is important when downtown in French Quarter. The service was excellent. Also loved the elevator service. Got us on quickest elevator with no wait each time.

I think the bar and restaurant options could be improved. I know there are hundreds of options outside the hotel close by but only a couple options within hotel itself. Would have enjoyed high quality dinner evening dining. We sat at the bar for dinner. It was ok.

Great view. Good air conditioning and clean towels and sheets. Very comfortable.

Having to pay for parking while staying in the Hotel is bullshit in my book. Too many taxes, destination fees, bullshit fees, and charges. Trying to get to the hotel during Mardi Gras was a complete shit show. Would have been nice to have some advanced directions on the best way to get into the building.

Staff is terrific! Location is A+. Love that there is a restaurant but also food in the market and the Starbucks in the lobby. Very convenient, and the food was pretty good .

The pool area is really nice, but we went out there to relax, and there was a DJ blasting music so loud that we left. Little frustrating cause we booked the property to use the pool. Also, the rooms are a little dated / beat up. Might consider putting in a bottom sheet to at least cover the mattress box, it felt a little like a dorm room.

We could not sleep due to the air conditioner not working properly. It stayed at a temperature of 77 to 80 degrees in the room. I didn't like having to pay for parking at a hotel that I'm staying at unless it was my choice for valet parking. I like to know my fees up front before I book a room instead of getting there and getting blind sided

Everything was prefect. The M lounge and staff was top notch. We were in New Orlean for a family vacation celebration. We also celebrating milestone birthday. My husband contacted a manager that morning about 10am to see if he could get a birthday cake today by 3pm. She made it happen, sorry I didn’t get her name, but I don’t think it will be to many of your managers that got a cake for a guest. On 4/13/24

The room itself was clean. The floor needed a little more attention but was not bad. The view was excellent. There was easy access to dining, souvenirs and other shopping.

The server at the restaurant downstairs was a bit rude and condescending; however, I did notice that she was the only server that morning so it may have had something to do with that. Breakfast was included in our room and I didn't quite understand that we registered three people in the room but there was breakfast for only two. The explanation for that was not very clear but if that was not worth giving the facility a bad review. Great job overall!

I had fo ask for another bed spread bc 1 was dirty. The one that I received also had a stain on it. The shower curtain was dirty and I found long hairs on our towels. The shower tile on the ceiling had mold on it, and I am allergic to mold. By 2nd day my allergies were aggravated. The shower pressure was low and there was no where to put your bodywash exexcept on the side of the shower, they need to put shelves in the shower especially for older people. I was visiting with my mom who turned 72 on the trip.
