The location was perfect for walking around the quarter. 25 minute walk to Frenchman street, we cabbed back from there for about 15$ The rooms were perfectly set up, nice and dark for sleeping in after jazz at night. Kitchen and living space was ideal for 2 guests. Good ventilation and temperature control. TV with Google connect was a great feature we streamed movies on a rainy night and listened to Spotify. It was also super quiet so we slept perfect. Laundry helped cut down on items to pack and let us dry out wet coats after the rain! The Walgreens had coffee and cream (real stuff) and the Unqiue grocery or the voodoo mart had wine and snacks. All on the same block. We used Indigo Bounce for our bags on the last day.

No corkscrew was my biggest issue, if we can call it one. We didn't realized we should be asking the wine store to open them before we left. A shelf or caddy in the shower would make it just a little bit better, as there was no place to put facewash, razor or whatever in the shower. The water pressure was low but I was able to wash my thick hair well, it just took longer. Also the ironing board wouldn't stay open but that's not really a huge thing.

The location is perfect. It’s close to Burbon and close to public transportation (across one of the street car stops). I loved the keypad entry feature. No fumbling with key cards that get misplaced. And the entry off the strip, big door next to voodoo market, was so cool! It felt like we had the whole building to ourselves half the time. The apartment was clean, very spacious and came outfitted with a fridge, stove, microwave, sink, washer & dryer and plenty of counter space. Nothing felt cramped. Big couch and sitting area, plenty of light and the beds were very comfortable. I had read in past reviews that people complained about the noise at night from the street. But we went for Mardi Gras so it was expected and actually, wasn’t that much/didn’t bother us. We rented the 2 bd rm apartment so if it had been an issue we could have just moved to the interior room. The app was surprisingly user friendly as well. All in all, LOVED this property. My only regret is we went to New Orleans with a group that was constantly on the move so we never got pictures of the room. But we had a great stay and will definitely book again so I’ll remember the photos for next time!

Beds were very confortable. Kitchen was fully equiped. We could do our laundry; the detergent was also supplied. We were relocated to the Gallier, so ended up with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sonder staff were very friendly in their communication on the re-location. We appreciated having all the space. There is enough closet space in each room. Dining table is large. Bathrooms are spacious too. There is a very nice restaurant downstairs. French quarter is walking distance.

The bedrooms had no windows. In our country, this would not have been approved by the fire department. The windows at the front don't allow leaving the apartment on that side, which means there is only 1 exit during a fire (the front door). Again, a bit strange how the fire department could approve this. We arrived in the evening and the area around the main door was crowded with homeless and/or drunk and high people. This was a bit uncomfortable with kids, did not feel fully safe. The area is also quite dirty, we saw rats running around and in the morning we were greeted with the smell of weed, puke and garbage. French quarter is clean and feels safer.

Customer service was VERY responsive. Great location for getting to Bourbon Street, Frenchman Street, Trolley cars and the WWII museum. Lots of restaurants and the Mahogany Club was a stone‘s throw away.

Strong smell of marijuana emanating, I presume, from the VooDoo shop on the ground floor. Unfortunately gave me a bit of an allergic reaction. The floors were clean but a slick film on them when we arrived. I assume the cleaning staff left the soap down without rinsing. I almost ate the floor a couple of times! I‘m not a big ROKU TV fan - I wasn’t too happy about it, but that‘s just me personal opinion!

The location was very central, although it turns out there weren't many places open early in the morning for coffee. So I was grateful to have the coffee maker and coffee provided in the apartment :-)

The space was really quite awesome! I may have used the washer and dryer if there was detergent, but that was not something I expected to use in the first place... so there really wasn't anything I didn't like or was disappointed by!

I would stay again, the location, the safety, the layout, the cleanliness, and how relaxing and quiet it was with great air conditioning was worth it. Especially since it was very affordable!

There were not any additional blankets or pillows, it took 24 hours for them get me an extra blanket. My brother went to bed freezing that first night. The door wasn't locked when I arrived, and the hot water heater barely works, every shower was barely luke warm.

The location is very good, right direct in the city.

the Wi-Fi was very bad, we travel for work and need internet for meeting but the wifi was too bad to manage online meeting.

Located on Canal St, very close to shopping, convenient stores, food and drinks.

The air conditioning unit was not working properly and I made a call twice to have it checked out. I was informed both time that someone would be out to service it. No one ever showed up but they did text me back telling me to put the thermostat on the lowest setting. That worked until the unit froze up and we would have to turn it off and let it thaw which made it too hot.

Location, location, location. High ceilings, comfortible apartment, close to it all.

Apartment requires some maintenance: the TV had no channels to watch, the shower's water pressure was poor and one of the bathroom door's brackets were broken

The cleanliness and utilities in the space were great. The location was perfect and the beds were really comfortable. The codes and access to the place was super convenient.

The noise from outside, while I understand that this is beyond their conteol, investing in a double glazing to reduce noise coming in. Aside from that everything was perfect.
