The apartment was comfortable, and clean. A small bit of wear and tear, but nothing extraordinary. Initial entry into the building and the apartment was explained well, and easy to complete. There weren't any cloth dish towels (at least none we could find), but that wasn't detrimental (there were paper towels). The furnishings were nice, especially in that it wasn't the typical cookie-cutter type flat pack pieces you often find in bnb sort of places. This furniture felt individual, and thought out. It felt appointed without feeling cluttered. The washer-dryer in-unit was a huge plus, and worked well. The location was on a side street, just off of Canal. It was quiet, but with a short walk to Canal, and a crossing of the streetcar tracks, you can be in the thick of things. There were plenty of restaurants in the immediate walking area, and a pharmacy was right on the corner. It was a very "remote" rental experience, which we prefer, but there is a small video display in the unit that shows pertinent information about your stay, as well as local restaurants, etc. We had friends staying at a busy hotel a couple of blocks from us (a bit nearer the French Quarter), with WAY more hustle and bustle, and we are SO glad we stayed at Roami at Bourbon, as we liked being able to get out of the crowds for a bit of calm when we wanted it.

The shower was a bit leaky. Nothing that was detrimental, but you had to sort of work the curtain into the correct place to make sure there wasn't a puddle outside of the tub when you got out. Most of the "extra" water was coming out of lower faucet, not the shower head. There were a few lights that seemed to twitch a bit (flicker randomly). I also noticed that the price we paid was considerably higher when we booked (early) than if we had booked last-minute. The bedroom blinds that keep out light from the dining area skylight were a bit tattered on the edges. These are all fairly minor issues, but deserved noting.

The apartment was clean and tidy and looks like the pictures and had all the amenities you could need whilst on holiday. The location was great being just off Bourbon Street, and handy having cafes, shops, grocer's within 5 mins or less walk. The Balcony was a great place to relax after a long day of exploring.

The blind/curtain to get to the balcony was difficult to use as it appeared to be broken. A few times when returning to the apartment, there was a person/people loitering at the entrance of the building, which is quite small, eating, drinking, or sleeping and would ask for money as we entered.

4th floor, one bedroom. Excellent location, comfortable, well stocked. clean, once I figured out the codes - easy to access. Good communication. Would definitely stay again.

FYI, you will hear all the street noise. This includes trash pick-up, tow-trucks, emergency sirens, the street car, drunks from the street and everyday from 4-5 pm some idiot with a megaphone. (At least while we were there) But it was a fair trade for how close it was to everything. Would have appreciated some curtains over the blinds in the bedroom, to keep out more of the light. Also a handle in the tub or tub matt.

The location was great for accessing Bourbon St, streetcar and buses.

It would be great if there were salt n pepper and bottled water to get us through the first day.

The apartment is quite well equipped of everything and nice, closed to the French Quarter

• The cleanliness is poor. The floors have only been swept, not mopped. The rugs are full of dust—clearly, they never use a vacuum or carpet beater. The windows and blackout curtains are filthy, both inside and out. There are fake decorative plants covered in layers of dust. • The entrance to the building and the hallway on the first floor smell bad. • The small street outside is full of homeless people, drug addicts, and rundown garbage bins.

The apartment was large and comfortable. All kitchen items were well supplied, and all toiletries were well supplied, too. Loved the skylight in the dining area! The location is excellent for museums, French Quarter, etc... Everything is within walking distance!

Floors were a bit dirty, and access to the entrance door was blocked by street construction. The keypad for the front door entry # button sticks at times and caused the door not to open electronically at times.

Perfect location. Felt like my own apartment with everything that I need. Only thing I would wish for was a full length mirror, apart from that it was perfect. I did hear the neighbours partying or being loud early hours one morning but didnt last long. Its a great location and as a solo traveller who didnt know anyone, I loved it because its right next door to a great restaurant for Louisiana cuisine and close to grocery store to stok up the kitchen. Looking forward to going back.

Very central to the heart of New Orleans, yet still quiet. Nice and big to spread out for a few days. We also took advantage of the kitchen and cooked breakfast each morning. The ice and water dispenser in the fridge was a nice touch.

The washing machine was quite mouldy - I ran a hot wash empty through it before I used it, and there were a few areas that hadn't been cleaned properly before our stay. But overall the apartment was very comfortable.

Great location, one minute walk to bourbon street, two minutes if the light is red. Very roomy penthouse with a well stocked kitchen. Laundry and walk in wardrobe. Huge comfy bed. Very nice coffee supplied. Huge selection of herbs and spices. Public transport very handy.

Parking in New Orleans close to the centre is hard to come by. Kitchen could do with a can opener. Floor was a bit dirty.

We had an amazing stay. Great value, great location, great amenities name it....this place had it all. We would stay here again when we are in the N.O. Spacious, decorative, high ceilings, exposed brick, floor to ceiling windows, on site laundry in your unit, full kitchen. We walked to everywhere even Bourbon Street we didn’t need our car. There are a lot of parking lot options (ins and outs) nearby. We really recommend this place.
