This is a great location. You are within walking distance from everything; Bourbon street, Canal street. Walked to the convention center within 15 minutes; casual pace. Uber to airport was only $27 dollars.

This is not a ding, but should be noted that this is high occupancy hotel and although there's six elevators, there's 50 ( I believe ) floors of guest. The hotel is amazing. There's a $15 dollar credit for breakfast; $27 per guest. I was told the last day you don't get the $15 credit.

The bar area is always my family's favorite spot to meet, eat, and drink. The speed of the elevators is second to none. I like that after a certain time, you had to show your room key to security.

The bathtubs are in need of an upgrade. I wanted to pay for my room as soon as I got there and the lady that checked me in wasn't too sure on how I could do that. She gave me some wrong information which would habe resulted in me paying for something I wasn't suppose to pay for. Another gentleman stepped in and corrected the issue.

I liked the view we had from our room while in the hotel the room was clean and comfortable. It felt like I was at home in my own bedroom . I liked that the hotel was in the heart of New Orleans and that the lobby area played music by the bar day and night !

I didn’t like the fact that this hotel only offers valet parking so unless you pay for valet parking you have to go on a scavenger hunt to try and find parking which can be blocks away from the hotel ! Valet parking is also on the higher side which doesn’t make sense because the hotel should come with public parking !

Excellent hotel in a great location. Quick walk to Bourbon St. and Frenchmen Quarter. Lots of good food spots in the area and there’s a coffee/beignet spot next door, as well as a Starbucks within the building. Staff were friendly and helpful. The building was very secure. Security quickly noticed when some street sellers entered the building and started trying to scam people into buying roses. They resolved the issue promptly and I felt safe the whole time.

The location cannot be beat. If we ever go back to NOLO, we will stay here! The elevators were plentiful and came fast every time; making the high floor with view a pleasure. Very comfy beds.

Really just stay here 🙂‍↕️but IF I had a critique it would be tear up the rugs and do a bathroom tub/ shower renovation (this seems to be everywhere these days. I am sure it’s expensive and time consuming so it’s not done frequently enough maybe?). Do not let this stop you. It’s the perfect place to stay.

The location is great. The valet parking is super easy and comfortable (the "carport" area makes it SAFE and easy). The bed was actually comfortable for me.

The air conditioning in the room wasn't great. We like it pretty cold and the cooling system was a bit underwhelming (but not uncomfortable). When I was checking in, a room with a King bed wasn't available so either I had to choose a room with two beds or pay upcharge for a preferred view room. I made my choice, so that's on me, but was a little disappointing.

the bed was the best in comfort and pillows were excellent......wanted to swim but we went to the pool and was rather dirty so did not swim.....breakfast was excellent and staff was excellent.............we paid 50 dollars for valet parking ...i have stayed at other hotels that did not charge for valet parking ......hotel was in good location and very close to the carnival ship that we got on sunday afternoon......

The location could not be better. We loved being able to walk to both the WW2 Museum and the French Quarter. The staff is A+. Breakfast was great, with super good beignets! Also, we were pleased with the security in the evenings.

The pool area is not as well maintained and staffed as I would like. There were people vaping, unruly kids, and personal music. I could not stay.

We were there for the Eras Tour. I loved that they had a friendship bracelet station free to Bonvoy members. They also had glitter stations staffed with makeup artists in which you can tip what you can afford. There was also an Eras Tour backdrop for photos. After the concert when most restaurants in the vicinity are closed they had a taco bar set up for a reasonable fee. Definitely impressed with the hospitality we experienced this stay.

The pillows were too soft.

The breakfast choice was excellent and comparable to a five star hotel in Europe. The elevators were brilliant - plenty of them, and very efficient - never had to wait long given the hotel was high rise.

Eating in the lobby - the food was good, but the menu was limited and so was the seating. We would have preferred to eat dinner in the Le Roux Bistro on the 2nd floor overlooking lobby, but it was not open in the evening. The Marriott across Canal street had a larger dining area and had more comfortable seating.
